When looking for an apartment in Mesa, I toured the Lakeview at Superstition Springs apartments. The property and lakes are very pretty and they have a really nice fitness center, clubhouse and 5 pools! They are considered Luxurious apartments but the apartments themselves aren't so great. The living room and kitchen are very small and they use the same standard carpet and linoleum that most complexes use. The cupboards are the same paper covering instead of real wood. They do have fireplaces, washers and dryers in each apartment but I don't think that is worth the expensive prices and deposits!
