I was hit by a drunk driver it was my first accident ever. I took my car to LG Collision repair, and they all were really nice people. I was helped by Amadeo Gonzales and he was great he told me he was going to take care of everything and not to worry about it. He kept me updated on every step and he made the best out of a bad accident. My car looks brand new now and I give this place an A+ rating. Not only did they pay for our deductible (which is why we went there), but they also put on new tires on our car, fixed scratches on the front of our car, and detailed our car inside and out WITHOUT even charging us!! I'm so glad that I found LG Collision. They always stick to what they tell you they'll accomplish and take really great care of your vehicles. They never fall behind with the timelines they quote me which I really like. Mike is really responsive and keeps me in the loop when it comes to updates on the job. Being able to rely on them for communication is a huge relief. Luis also is really personable, helpful, and professional. They both do an excellent job throughout the whole process. Best dealing with a body shop ever. They were also able to waive my deductible which was such a lifesaver. I highly recommed LG and if I need work again (hopefully I don't!), I will be back. Thank you LG Collision! I would recommend them to any one that needs work on their vehicle. They were very understanding of my financial issues and helped me out a lot with my deductible. I had a huge amount of work done and everything turned out amazing. My deductible was very high and they worked with me to get it paid off the way i could afford it. If you need work done i would definitely go to them to get it done, they wont try to suck every penny out of you! We were very happy with the service and knowledge of the repair on our 03 escape. I noticed how clean they keep entire shop. They would have had our car finished on time except they had to wait on parts that weren't available. This was understandable and explained as the repair progress. The car was detailed and looked great. more

I took my 2002 VW Jetta to get repaired. The customer service and repair work was excellent. When the car was finished they brought out my car to where I live which was about 35 miles away. Luis, Mike and the whole staff do a great job there. I would highly recommend LG Collision for your car repair work! Their pricing and customer service is the best! My experience with LG Collision has restored some of my faith in the auto industry. LG Collision truly believes in providing no hassle service. They came out to my home and wrote the estimate on my car, they explained that they would do their best in helping with my deductible, which was an understatement. They ended up taking care of the whole deductible. Their service included picking up my car from my home and then bringing it back when it was done. I was very happy with the car when it came back, not only was the damage fixed very well, but the car was clean and in much better shape then when it was picked up. This is the first time I utilized a shop not recommended by my insurance company and I was blown away about how these guys went above and beyond my expectations at every level. Shops that insurance companies recommend that I have used before did not provide the level of service that LG collision did. I recommend that everybody use this shop for their repairs. I am so glad that after doing some research on the internet I took are jeep to LG Collision in Glendale, The service was second to none. But was most important to me the explaind the process and gave me an est on when the jeep would be ready, as time went by they found a problem the adjuster missed, called the insurance got the problem fixed and re est a pick up time... some of the other places would have just rushed the insurance job and missed this.. Lucky for me I used LG them finding the problem saved me over 700 out of my own pocket later on. I would recomend them to anyone and as far as me I know were i will take my vechicale if i ever need to again.
