LG Collision couldn't have done anything more than what they did for me. It's bad enough when you damage your car, but everyone there made it a pleasant experience for me. They took the extra burdens off of me and took care of everything. They made it as easy as it could be. They picked up my car, contacted the insurance company, got estimates, did the repairs and returned my car back to me. I was very pleased with my entire experience with them and would highly recommend them to my friends. I hope I don't have to go back any time soon, but I definitely would if I had to! LG Collision really bends over backwards to help you. I just appreciate the way they make arrangements to pick up the car and deliver it for me. I found L.G. Collision on the web. I was doing research on a good bodyshop to take my infiniti to. After reading the reviews and talking to them, I knew this was the shop for me. The work was great. My daughter's car looked like a demolition derby car. Damage all around the car. Luis and staff at LG Collision were top notch to deal with. Very gracious staff. They could not have gone out of their way any more than they did. The car now looks brand new thanks to the bodymen and painter at this shop in Glendale. Absolutely perfect work. I was stressed when I got hit. It was in a parking lot and I was responsible for my deductible. I drove by one place that said I would not need to pay my deductible. I would not even get out of the car. I went to LG Collision. The office was nice, Claudia and Luis were very nice. My car was fixed better than it had been in the past. Poor car got hit in the past and suffered hail damage. This was the best place I have taken my car and I did not have to pay my deductible. I strongly recommend this place! I even made a note on the BBB. more

After searching for a auto body service place that wouldn't help me with my dwductabile, I almost gave up hope but my daughter found lg collisions and am pleased to y they rate 5 stars in my eyes. I saw this collision repair shop advertise their auto body repair and auto body collision repair so I thought I would check them out for some work on my car. I decided to use them although they quoting me a bit hirer then I would have liked I was happy with their work. more

From start to finish LG completed my body work, dealt with insurance company and worked with my preferred outside vendor for window tinting and bed liner repair. They were great! I would send anybody to LG Collision. They just could not do enough for us. They drove out here, picked up our truck, worked on it for a week, and they returned it to us with the warranty check. I am in a walker and my husband is in a wheelchair, so that was a tremendous help to us. We had three bids, but no one else offered to do all of that. They even arranged for the car rental company to pick us up. The whole side of our truck was damaged. I actually hit a light post and the side of the truck caved in behind the passenger-side door. They had to take the bumper off and replace the bar we step on to get in the door. We found them on the internet and they were quite a ways away. We are in Mesa and they are in Glendale, so I would have never otherwise come across them, but I am glad we did because they were tremendous. Jack & Norma Beezley more

LG Collision is outstanding. Mike is a great guy. I had additional items that I wanted addressed, outside of the collision repairs, and I went to 3 or 4 shops that did not even want to talk about doing that work. LG Collision was happy to do the work and did a fantastic job. It was a lot of work. My hood had been repainted previously, but it was not high quality, so they stripped and repainted it. The front bumper had some road rash from just normal wear and tear. Most shops would just sand and then spray over it, but LG Collision's standard is to strip and then repaint. In my opinion that is what needs to happen to do the job properly. They also did work on the mirror and rear bumper. There was also some metal work on the fender, and they did an excellent job. All their work was done properly. None of the other shops even wanted to handle the collision work properly. I am a picky person and am sensitive about cars. LG Collision is a first class shop. I actually had my car washed and detailed before I brought it to LG, just so that they would know my standard for my car. They delivered on that standard. I was worried at first because everything seemed too good. I'm from New York, and when something looks too good, it usually has a catch, but in this case it was fine. They are great guys. more

LG Collision were really efficient. I know they are far away but they picked up my car and brought it back to me. I didn't have to go in. They let me know everything that was going on. When I called with questions, they always answered them all. It was great service. It was a small repair. My passenger door was dented in, and they fixed it, cleaned it up, and made it look like new. They fixed it quickly. LG Collision was very helpful. They made it work out so that there wasn't that much out of pocket cost. They made it worth my while. more

I brought my car to LG after a brief fender bender. Mike and Luis were great. They picked up my car, fixed it and brought it back to me. Someone hit my car in a wal-mart parking lot. After thinking about it for a while I needed my car fixed. I found LG collision on line and saw they waived deductible and would come to you. I called, and they made an appointment to come out and see my car in the same day. I worked with Mike, he was very nice and professional. They wrote an estimate and sent it to me via email right away. I talked to my insurance and less than a week later I had my car fixed. It looks amazing, as if no one took out the back of my car. I drive a Lexus and was worried at first about them fixing my car, because Iâ??m very picky. As soon as I got it back it looks like it did when I first got my car and I am very impressed. I work recommend my friends and family to LG collision. There are great! My insurance agent told me to call LG Collision when I had an accident. I could not have asked for a better experience. They took care of everything from picking me up and getting me a rental car to dealing with the insurance...the whole nine yards. I did not have to do anything. In their ads, LG Collision says that they will try to help you with your deductible, and it is true...they do their best to help you and give you the best customer service. I am 100-percent satisfied. I got in a car accident and had a bad experience dealing with both the insurance company and the dealership. I did not want my car to be fixed at the dealership but the insurance company tried to make me get it fixed there. I wish I would have gone directly to LG Collision initially. When I did go to them, Mike was amazing. He used to be a claims adjuster in the insurance business, so he told me what my rights were and it was nice to have someone honest like him working with me. LG Collision towed my car for free from the dealership and Mike set me up with a rental car. I could not believe the difference in their service compared with the nightmare I had at the dealership. It was almost too good to be true. I did not have to pay anything else out of pocket and they gave me a warranty on the work that they did. I will definitely be going back to Mike at LG Collision when I am ready to do any additional repairs on my car. He was so helpful and I am so grateful to him. Unfortunately, the trend is for Insurance companies to take control of the claim and take away your rights. Many times we get phone calls from people "looking" for their vehicle. This is because the Insurance company whisked their vehicle away to their "preferred body shop" and did not tell them where it was going. To make things worse, they then take it upon themselves to let repairs begin without consulting the customer or getting a signed repair authorization. We completely understand Insurance companies wanting to save money but,it can't be done at the expense of your rights and authority. You'll know if you're dealing with a quality Insurance company if they only give you the name of their "preferred" auto body shops if you ask for a recommendation. Others will put sales pressure on you to go where they want. If you feel they are selling you on their shops or you feel uncomfortable, harassed, threatened, intimidated, disrespected,or scared of what may happen with your policy, these are signs of an illegal practice called "steering". If they tell you you may go wherever you choose but then follow that with a veiled threat of diminished service or holding you accountable, this is also a high pressure sales tactic to get you into a body shop that they have made a deal with to save them money...REMEMBER,99% of the time, IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY! not customer service. So don't get caught up in who they choose because, the body shop they chose was probably dumped or rejected by another major carrier at some time.In auto body / Insurance relationships, you may be a Preferred body shop on Monday and off the list by Tuesday. The car was in and ready to be worked on but waiting progessives estimation of the damages.... For the second time. The car was returned and repaired perfectly. Everything was returned to the way it was and the inside and out was washed as well. This was a good first experience dealing with a body shop due to an accident. more
