LG Collision

I had no clue what to do when I got into an acccident. My agent referred me to LG Collision so I called them. Before I knew it a car pulled up to take me to get a rental and a tow truck was in route. I was impressed truely impressed with that and to top it off it was the owner who picked me up. They took care of every detail from contacting my insurance to finishing the damage within a week. The level of service I recieved was truely a blessing in this day and age and I want to thank LG Collision for all they did. I have not stopped telling people about my expierence and will continue to spread the word. Thanks again more

Mike at LG Collision was very professional, and very helpful during my experience of getting my Pontiac G6 repaired. He went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed right. He came out across town and picked up my car and kept me updated and gave me a time frame and he stuck to it. If only other businesses could follow his way, he made this whole experience a breeze! And to top it off he took care of my deductable! It was worth having my car on the other side of town to have the repairs done, and I will go back for any other work I will need, LG Collision gets an A+++++ in my book! I found LG Collision on the Internet and had a great experience with them. They bent over backwards to help me and were very professional. This was my first repair with LG Collision. My car got rear-ended and they came out to my house to do the evaluation and estimate. They sent me an email with photos that I forwarded to my insurance company. I have never seen a collision shop go as far as they did. They will go the longest yard to get the job done, and you rarely see that these days. I found LG Collision online and decided to use them because they were waiving the deductible at the time. They came out the day that I called them to do an estimate for me. When I got it approved by my insurance, LG Collision came and picked up my vehicle, did the work, and returned it to me in a fairly timely manner. The fact that they were very customer-oriented, picking up my car and returning it to me, was really something. I would recommend LG Collision and would use them again. LG Collision did some repair work on my car and did a very good job. Their prices were reasonable and their service was convenient. They were able to pick up my car from work and deliver it to my home, so I did not have to drive to their shop and wait. Not only was their price the lowest that I found, but the quality of work turned out to be very good, too. more

I decided to use LG Collision mainly because of their good reviews on the Internet, which said that they had been able to meet other people's deductibles. My car needed a new rear bumper and trunk, and they were able to reduce my deductible so that I did not have to pay the full amount. My experience with LG Collision was very pleasant and stress-free.
