He explained everything 3/9/2010

As a side note, I wanted to say that Pete in the service department was extremely helpful and even got me into a rental so my day and my husband's day wasn't messed up. He explained everything and even explained to me where the power steering fluid was located in my car so I could keep an eye on it. Thanks PETE!!!!! Isac S. more

I will for sure recommend Kuhn Honda 3/2/2010

I loved working with Patrick! I did a lot of communication with Patrick over the phone before buying my car. Patrick tracked down my car from another dealer and made sure it got to Kuhn Honda in time for me to buy it, which was about 36 hours later from our first conversation as I was in GA at the time. Patrick is wonderful...he has made sure that I understand how everything works in my car considering normally that would be my husband's job but since I'm a military wife and my hubby has been away...Patrick made my experience very relaxing. I was very concerned buying a car alone but with Patrick I would do it all over again. I will for sure recommend Kuhn Honda and Patrick! I had my car back in short order! 2/17/2010

My main advisor has been Tony Huynh and he really does an excellent job of explaining everything and making sure my requests are taken care of in as little time as possible. Because of his dedication and Kuhn's overall service, we drive to Downtown Tampa for our maintenance -- even though we have another VW dealer less than 2 miles away from our home. Julian S. more

Carlos Melendez was the best sales person I ever had at Kuhn. He was thorough and he worked very, very hard to close my deal. He was always professional and polite and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Carlos is an asset to Kuhn and I hope the dealership recognizes his ability to provide his customers with a superior sales experience. I have been a long term customer and have purchased many cars from Kuhn and have to say out of all the sales people Carlos was by far the best. On a scale of 1-10 Carlos deserves a 50. Great Job!!! Everything went well. Dale even went as far as having them pull my car back through the drop-off area since I had my 6 month old daughter to try and decrease her amount of exposure to that bitter cold that day. Thanks1 - Jasmine K. more
