Thank you, for taking care of my car problem, when I didn't have an appointment. It allowed me to keep my Doctor's appointment, and my wife's also the following date. I would rate Kuhn's Service a perfect ten, and kudos to the management that make it happen. more

Quick appointment! 8/10/2010

It was the 5K oil change and checkup, I had 0715 appointment. I got out really quickly - I think I got back home by 0900! more

we love our new jetta!! everyone there was so helpful!! bill lang did a great job telling us about the car. and really found the one we wanted. we will come to bill when we are ready for a new one. and jason was super in finance. he worked with us and explained everything that we had to know. he is a good guy!! and natalia i don't know how she remembers so much about the cars but she did great.!! i give them all a 10+. this is our third jetta that we have bought from khun and we will always return. we live about 2 hours from kuhn. we like them so much we go there for all services and if we ever have a problem they are so helpful. more

Great Job! 7/22/2010

I had an unusually positive experience with three very nice young people. The salesman, Robert Chadorowski, although a VW guy normally, was very knowledgeable on the Odyssey and is an exceptional salesman. He instilled confidence right from the beginning. You see, I really wasn't planning to trade cars that day. The Finance guy, Jason Schroeder, is a pro for such a young man. He's about as steady as anyone that has worked with me over the years. The delivery person, Natalia Cavagnaro, was very professional with me. She went over board making sure that I understood the features of the Odyssey's features that I hadn't used before. I enjoyed working with the TEAM and I would definitely put a friend in my vehicle and take them to see these people with every confidence that they would have a similiar experience to what I had. I had a non-emergency, but important matter to take of on my car. My service representative, Dale, knew exactly what the problem was on the phone and scheduled me for the next day to accommodate my schedule. I worked while waiting for the vehcile and the vehicle was completed in a prompt manner. Thank you. more

Thanks for everything. I received a reminder email about my 112,500 miles service and contacted Pete on Thursday. Made an appointment on Friday for Saturday. Unfortunaly I needed some additional work, but Pete called immediately and told me what the situation was and my options. He was able to have it all completed and the car washed before we returned to pick up the car. Thanks Pete! more
