I had a very good experience at Kens Collision, they addressed the repairs very professionally and also at the targeted time.\r My poor parked car was hit by someone else, I called my insurance and they referred me to this Body Shop.\r They gave me really great customers service, nice and caring people.\r I got my car back just like new.\r I will refer this place to everyone! more

I was involved in a pretty bad accident, after searching and looking for a nice, reputable and HONEST Body shop I found Kens Collision Center not far from my house. They were able to settle with my insurance company, at the same time I was a little worried because I dint have rental coverage in my policy but they were nice to provide me with a loaner.\r Been from out of state could be an issue when you don’t know anybody in town but I’m glad Ken and Laura helped me through this process free of worries.\r I definitely recommend this Collision Center to anybody in the greater Los Angeles area\r Thanks KENS COLLISION!!!\r more

Ken Corrales and his entire staff & repair team make you feel like family the moment you walk into the door. Top-notch customer service all the way! I had been with the same mechanic in Burbank for 10 years and never thought I'd go anywhere else until a close friend recommended Kens Collision Center. The quality of their work and the incredible caring attention that they consistently provide to all of their customers is unmatched, in my book. My Mustang won't let me take her anywhere else but to Ken's shop. And for good reason! more

Like Family, Customer for LIFE! 5/7/2012

Body shops don't get better than Ken's and if they do, I STILL wouldn't go elsewhere. I have went to Ken for three accidents now in the past three years..... embarrassing but true. Two of them including this most recent accident I paid out of pocket. Not only was Kens quote literally HALF of the estimate of 7 other rip offs in Hollywood but I got a free loaner (eh, but it drove :-D) Second accident was though insurance and he helped with the deductible. This recent accident Bertha and Ken were like family to me. I'll save the details but Itold them what I could afford to fix both cars and they did everything they possibly could to help me.. Truly a blessing. On top of the support they offer the work is flawless. Not that I am a body shop worker but I've f'd up my car enough to really know what a good job is and holy macro, props guys I don't know how you do it. Plus when you get the car back its detailed. Like new..... If I had better writing skill I would go on an on but I don't so the fact that I am even writing this is a testament to my appreciation for them. hA! Cheers guys you rock! more

i took my car to kens before returning my lease. it had some nice scrapes and dings from being hit in parking lots and on the street as that is the only place i can park at my home. i took my car in to repair these things and was sick of driving around a ""messed up"" car. i wanted to return my lease early because i was so done with it! after getting my car back, i was so amazed at the phenomenal job that was done. my black beauty was back to her brand new off the dealership lot self. for about 3 weeks i debated on whether i should now get rid of her. Kens Collision did such a great job and their customer service was awesome. the girls definitely take care of you and ken lets you know what to expect in the process . I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who lives in southern california!!!! :D more

Best Auto Shop 3/28/2011

The minute you walk in you know your car will be well cared for. The place is extremely clean considering is an Auto Body Shop. I was greeted with a smile and the girls are so effiecient. I was in the door and within 10 minutes I was completely checked-in, had a cup of goumet coffee and had my rental vehicle ready to go!! more

Awesome Staff!! 3/7/2011

My car was broken into and vandalized. I needed to get my car fixed and soon. I put a call to several shops and Kens Collision was the only place that made me feel confident about having my car picked up, so they were at my work place within 20 mins with a loaner. We switched cars and communicated via email at all times. I picked up my car 3 weeks later since I neede a complete paint job due to key marks. I couldn't believe my eyes, my car looked so beautiful, the color and quality of work was amazing!!!!!!!!!! Is nice too know that there is still people out there who go out of their way to help and please their customers I decided to take a few minutes and write this review so people like the staff at Kens Collision can be recognized!! I hope I dont have to return under the same circumstances but I will definitely go back by to take lunch for the girls and the guys to thank them for helpingme get through my painful experience. HASSLE FREE- more

I am extremely pleased to announce that I looooove Kens. I was really devastated when I crashed my beloved BMW, I thought my car would never be the same....Boy, was I wrong! After a great friend referred me to what he called ""the best shop around"", I took his advice and went in for an estimate...What a difference from the shops I had previously rec'd an estimate from!! For one, they made me feel comfortable and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. I never felt pressured nor intimidated by anyone. What sold me on this shop was that they were the only shop that went above and beyond their call of duty. That being said, I left my car at Kens Collision, right then and there. Their excellent service did not stop there, they offered me a loanerl!! Not any just any loaner but, I got to drive a brand new Audi for the duration that my car was at the shop. At the end of my experience, my car was returned better than ever!!...My experience with Kens Collision could not have been executed any more perfect!!..Thanks to Ken, Laura and the staff!! more

One Stop shop!! 1/19/2011

I seriously dont get the bad reviews when it comes to customer service!!!??? What?!! are we talking about the same KENS?? The girls there are sooo sweet! not to mention cute-- very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. When I dropped off my car they had a loaner available and ready for me, all i did was provide them with my State Farm Information and VOALA I picked up my car two weeks later. The girls kept me updated via text per my request which was so convenient since my schedule is a bit off. Even though an accident is a horrible and scary experience, I gotta say @ Kens this was a a piece of cake. Thank you Ken for all your help and for doing my rear bumper at no additional cost. My car looks like new again!! more
