I am extremely pleased to announce that I looooove Kens. I was really devastated when I crashed my beloved BMW, I thought my car would never be the same....Boy, was I wrong! After a great friend referred me to what he called ""the best shop around"", I took his advice and went in for an estimate...What a difference from the shops I had previously rec'd an estimate from!! For one, they made me feel comfortable and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. I never felt pressured nor intimidated by anyone. What sold me on this shop was that they were the only shop that went above and beyond their call of duty. That being said, I left my car at Kens Collision, right then and there. Their excellent service did not stop there, they offered me a loanerl!! Not any just any loaner but, I got to drive a brand new Audi for the duration that my car was at the shop. At the end of my experience, my car was returned better than ever!!...My experience with Kens Collision could not have been executed any more perfect!!..Thanks to Ken, Laura and the staff!!
