I seriously dont get the bad reviews when it comes to customer service!!!??? What?!! are we talking about the same KENS?? The girls there are sooo sweet! not to mention cute-- very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. When I dropped off my car they had a loaner available and ready for me, all i did was provide them with my State Farm Information and VOALA I picked up my car two weeks later. The girls kept me updated via text per my request which was so convenient since my schedule is a bit off. Even though an accident is a horrible and scary experience, I gotta say @ Kens this was a a piece of cake. Thank you Ken for all your help and for doing my rear bumper at no additional cost. My car looks like new again!!
