The ONLY follow up I received from Jones Dermatology on a test that they did was a bill in my mail 2 MONTHS LATER! No follow up calls, no results, nothing...but a bill.\r \r Ob...

Dr Jones is the best! I love going to see him. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen and the staff is friendly and helpful. He's a patient advocate, you can tell he really cares and he's a strait shooter. I would definitely recommend him! more

I have been a patient for about two years now and I went to an appointment. After walking out of the office I felt so much better knowing that there is hope. I was very impressed at how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment. Next day, good service? Not easy to come by. Everyone was just so friendly. I highly recommend them. more

I LOVE Jones Dermatology. They are professional, friendly and compassionate. I've seen this dermatologist 3 or 4 times over the past 5 years. I especially love the fact that they know how to handle darker complexions. Don't get me wrong, this place is welcoming to all colors, but it's nice to have some ladies there that are able to relate to my specific skin problems. more

I have been treated here for several years now. I arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of my appointment and an always ushered in on time or a couple of times 5 minutes prior to my appointment. The office has gone out of its' way to get me in when I called twice about a more urgent situation I was facing. They have always been very professional while being friendly, efficient and explaining everything that was going on. I also dealt with Dr. Jones herself (on an urgent situation). Every time, it has been a great experience. One of the few offices I go to where I don't have to worry about having enough to read in the waiting room. more

Amazing 6/14/2011

I used to have horrible acne. I was embarrassed and I hated it. I went to Jones Dermatology. Their products worked amazingly. My skin has improved so much. I can't thank them enough. more

Dr Jones is really great. I had to call about 12 different offices before I found his, where a real person actually answered the phone and was very helpful. He's been awesome. Very courteous, very understanding, and a nice doctor. I am so glad there are doctors like him. more

A great dermatologist. She is considerate and kind and makes you feel like you are important and not just another patient. I have been to MANY dermatologists over the years and she is the best by far. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. more

Excellent dermatologist 5/23/2011

Dr. Jones is an excellent dermatologist and wonderful person!! Been a patient for 12 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly, great to talk to, and office staff is so helpful. At one point I didn't have insurance and he charged me a VERY REDUCED rate for my visit. What more can I say! more

WOW! Incredible visit and so informative, I learned so much about my psoriasis. I just moved from TX and my psoriasis had been getting worst and worst, but I saw the PA and was GREAT. She answered all of my questions and answered them all with no hesitation and offered so many options for treatment. I am very happy I decided to come here, I look forward to getting this under control. I am going to fly my sister out here so they can help here with her Eczema. I highly recommend this dermatologist. more

Best Dermatologist in Nevada 3/13/2011

I have known the Jones family for over 20 years and been a colleague of Dr Jones since our days at Baylor College of Medicine in the late 80's - early 90's. I can assure you that Dr Jones is the most competent and decent dermatologist within 500 miles of Reno.
