The ONLY follow up I received from Jones Dermatology on a test that they did was a bill in my mail 2 MONTHS LATER! No follow up calls, no results, nothing...but a bill.\r \r Ob...

The Jones Dermatology staff have taken excellent care of me during my numerous visits over the last several months. My facial scar has shrunk and faded more and more after each treatment. I strongly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dermatologist in the Reno area. Thank you Jones Dermatology! more

Clearing up!! 8/15/2011

After I had my son I got really bad acne. I thought it would eventually go away but it never did. I came here as a last resort because I didn't think I needed professional help, but when it got worse I had to do something. Let me tell you...I should've gone sooner! They knew exactly what was going on and exactly how to help me. I am happy to say my skin is almost completely cleared up and I have Jones Dermatology to thank for it! more

Everyone was so nice! 8/12/2011

I came here when I had suspicious mole on my arm and thought there was cause for concern. I was really nervous when I went in, but everyone was so nice it made me feel a lot better. I haven't gotten the results back yet but I am so thankful I came here, it's a genuinely great place. more

Glowing Skin 8/11/2011

My daughter is 16 and has not so great skin, just like i did when I was growing up. I took her to Jones Dermatology Associates to see if they could do anything for her. The office and staff are great. They were so helpful and accommodating and listened to what we had to say. They gave her a treatment and now her skin glows. She and I couldn't be any happier with how things turned out. The staff was just fantastic. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has skin problems. more

Full of knowledge 7/27/2011

Dr. Jones is full of so much knowledge and he's willing to share it all with you. At my first appointment I asked about a million questions and he had the answer to every single one of them. I've been back many times since then and he still just as kind as he was that first visit. He has helped me so much and I am so thankful! more

I don't remember a time that I didn't have problem skin. I thought I would never get it under control. I finally decided no get professional help and ended going here. I am so thankful! They have really helped me get my skin under control. I wish I would've gone here sooner! more

I was so happy to have found this place. When you are of Italian descent and keloid scar, also somehow pale with family history of skin cancer...you are very cautious with your skin. The thing I appreciate about Dr. Jones is his quick and knowledgeable approach. He knows his stuff! I don't need someone to coddle me or waste my time suggesting pointless fluff approaches...and I hate being sold things like I'm a vending machine at other places! I need an extremely smart (trust me, keloids are TOUGH and research is currently very limited on working treatments) doctor who continually researches new treatments. more

I am thankful for this fine care. 7/21/2011

I needed to be seen right away because one of my kids had a terrible, itchy rash! I called and they got me in the same day! We saw Dr. Jones and he was fabulous. His bedside manner was very kind and professional. He was great handling a young child who didn't want to be at the doctor. The staff was friendly and helpful. They targeted the issue and diagnosed it quickly sending us on our way with some samples and a prescription. I am thankful for this fine care. more

Absolutely Wonderful 7/20/2011

I saw Dr. Jones to have six moles removed from my face and neck that had been bugging me since, well, forever. My main concern that there would be scars left in place of the moles, but I needn't have worried. He was absolutely wonderful - he made sure that there was no pain, carefully explained what I needed to do after the removal, and best of all the results were amazing! It's only been a few weeks and I can barely see where they used to be. more

I Look Better Than Before 7/18/2011

AMAZING!!!!! I went to see Dr. Jones because I started breaking out in my face and chest. Dr. Jones is so nice, professional, and makes you feel like you are sitting down with a friend just discussing your problems. She's that cool! Makes you feel right at ease. She has solved all my problems! I look better than before I had my breakout! This is a top notch office with top notch doctors and staff! I highly recommend! :) Thanks Dr. Jones!! more

After suffering from acne since I was very young I finally thought is would be a good idea to go see a dermatologist. I'm so thankful this was the place I went. Everyone was so kind and understanding. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Best of all, they helped me get my acne under control! more
