I was so happy to have found this place. When you are of Italian descent and keloid scar, also somehow pale with family history of skin cancer...you are very cautious with your skin. The thing I appreciate about Dr. Jones is his quick and knowledgeable approach. He knows his stuff! I don't need someone to coddle me or waste my time suggesting pointless fluff approaches...and I hate being sold things like I'm a vending machine at other places! I need an extremely smart (trust me, keloids are TOUGH and research is currently very limited on working treatments) doctor who continually researches new treatments.
