I have been treated here for several years now. I arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of my appointment and an always ushered in on time or a couple of times 5 minutes prior to my appointment. The office has gone out of its' way to get me in when I called twice about a more urgent situation I was facing. They have always been very professional while being friendly, efficient and explaining everything that was going on. I also dealt with Dr. Jones herself (on an urgent situation). Every time, it has been a great experience. One of the few offices I go to where I don't have to worry about having enough to read in the waiting room.
