This place is both upscale and cozy, with charming service and a great location. In the heart of lively Park Avenue, this is a tradition for weekend brunch for many Rochestarians. You can sit inside or outside and people watch. The interior's pastel colors are kind of 90's-ish, but the decor is subdued and clean. The food rates good to excellent, depending on the dish you get. Their french toast, corned beef hash and eggs are great. They do serve lunch and dinner, so I think of it as an upscale diner. The prices are moderate, though.
Pros: Food quality, menu breadth, location
Cons: Wait 10-30 minutes for weekend brunch
