Jines has been one of my favorite restaurants for years and years. I love the outdoor dining option (especially in the summer) and of course the food. Last time I was in I had the chicken oscar, and it was delicious. Jines is a wonderful place to eat, and I definitely recommned them to anyone in Rochester. - Kathi
