Our water heater went out on a Saturday night so started calling plumbers Sunday morning. Greg was the first of 2 to call back (out of 5 companies) and although we didn't expect to get someone out until Monday, he was able to fit us in same day on a Sunday! He got tied up on the call right before us so called me 3 times within a half hour when I finally checked my phone - just to make sure we knew where he was at on time. He was a complete professional - down to the shoe-covers and clean floor coverings to protect our hardwood and stairs. He was thorough and efficient - replaced our water heater in just under 2 hours then taking the time to explain the unit without rushing us. He basically was a down-to-earth super nice guy who really knows the business. We would completely recommend him and this company for any future plumbing projects. more

The communication within this company is horrible. So I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment for a leaking toilet and it was set for the following Tuesday(Labor Day weekend). The time frame was set for 12p-2p. So when Tuesday came I was called at 9:15am letting me know that he would be there in about 15 minutes. 9:30am is nowhere near close to noon. But I guess early is better then later and I was actually able to leave work early (30min away) to get home. So Tom was the plumber and started working on the upstairs toilet at 10am. He determined the toilet was a little rocky and needed a new seal and reset the toilet. He was done pretty fast and was out the door by 10:45am and charged me over $250. He mentioned that we can not use the toilet for at least 24hrs. Nobody in the house used the toilet and an hour later there was a pool of water in front of the toilet and streaming from underneath the toilet.\r So I called Jim Wagner back at 12pm(noon) and got their answering service letting them know the water leak wasn't fixed and I have water pooling in front of the toilet. They said they will pass the message on. I did NOT receive a call, so at 2pm I called back and AGAIN the answering service was going to pass along the message to ""the office"".\r Well it is now 6pm and still no returned call. So I called AGAIN and demanded I get a call back today or I will be putting a stop payment on the $254 I was charged for NOT fixing the leak.\r Finally I received a call at 8pm from the ""on-call"" guy and he was apologetic and we set up a new day/time (Thursday morning). At 9pm I received a voicemail from Tom asking to give him a call. So the next morning I called Tom at 7:30am but no answer. He did call back about an hour later but said ""Hi this is Tom from Wagner plumbing, you have a question about your hot water heater?"" I said no, you must have the wrong number. He said he had a missed call from this number and I said yes I called returning your call. He then said ""oh then I don't know why they gave me this number"" and ""ok, well have a good day then."" Again this was horrible company communication.\r So when Thursday came around Tom did show up and said it was leaking from the back and was going to cost another $68. At this point it better not leak again because this is a rip off and a huge waste of my time getting off work.\r I understand that there might be a couple issues with a leaking toilet but that's why people call professionals to find those issues and fix them. Not fix one issue, charge you, then come back to fix the other issue(s) for an additional charge.\r *****I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!***** more

Greg from Wagner plumbing is the best and as professional as it goes. He came to my house as a professional and left as a friend. He is hard working and wants you to understand what is being done, why it is being done and how to maintain your plumbing so it will last. I highly recommend Greg and Wagner plumbing for all your plumbing needs when you don't know who to call! more

There I was, staring at an absolute nightmare in my bathroom, knowing we we're going to have to call a plumber for this but how do you pick a plumbing company? I saw the Jim Wagner Plumbing co website and started reading the reviews and they all sounded great so I called and made the appt and then crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.....well, I have to say that I was extremely happy with the service that was provided for us by Greg Fagiano, a clean, fully uniformed licensed plumber who showed up within an hour and did an AWESOME JOB! he even took the time to look at some other issues that we we're having and gave us advice and tips on what to do with those issues. he absolutely went over and beyond for us today and told us exactly what was wrong, why, and what he was going to do to fix the problem step by step. I will never ever worry about plumbing issues again now that I know about Jim Wagner Plumbing co. I will use them again and again and would be happy to recommend this company to all my family and friends. and the thing that impressed me the most was that Greg put shoe covers on over his shoes as to not track anything through the house and I was so appreciative of that. I can tell you honestly that I had a very positive experience from start to finish! Greg was friendly and down to earth from the second I opened the door, he gave us tips and advice on other issues we have been having with the water drainage around our house and within 5 minutes of talking with him my husband and I we're feeling much better about the entire situation . I will never call another company for my plumbing needs! I now have my very own personal plumber to call on and his name is Greg Fagiano !! more

My garbage disposal gave out after 14 years and I needed a new unit, I didnt know where to go initially but found Jim Wagnar Plumbing online, I told thenm what was wrong and what unit I had, they came promptyl with no delay and explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I gave the instructions to replace the unit, with good advice I upgraded from 1/3 horsepower to 1/2 and that alone helped me in my decision making. The whole unit including the sink drain was replaced carefully and they cleaned up like there was never a problem at all. They also told me how to maintain my unit with a good flushing every week which was great to know. This is my new plumber by far! more
