Our water heater went out on a Saturday night so started calling plumbers Sunday morning. Greg was the first of 2 to call back (out of 5 companies) and although we didn't expect to get someone out until Monday, he was able to fit us in same day on a Sunday! He got tied up on the call right before us so called me 3 times within a half hour when I finally checked my phone - just to make sure we knew where he was at on time. He was a complete professional - down to the shoe-covers and clean floor coverings to protect our hardwood and stairs. He was thorough and efficient - replaced our water heater in just under 2 hours then taking the time to explain the unit without rushing us. He basically was a down-to-earth super nice guy who really knows the business. We would completely recommend him and this company for any future plumbing projects.
