Timely, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable service 4/23/2012

We used Wagner Plumbing to move a drain and replumb the entire bit under our sink. It was a complicated arrangement with various depths, a dual-touch sink. It wasn't a standard job, and because of the special nature of the work the original plumbing done by another company was not done correctly. We had Jim Wagner Plumbing come in and fix it because they had replaced a hose on the outside of the home, so we trusted his work. He is neat, clean, quick, and confident so he did a great job. We have used plumbers like Tom and others for 3 to 4 jobs now and are incredibly satisfied. more

Jim Wagner Plumbing installed some sump pump equipment and a backup system. So far, everything is good. As far as them doing the work, all that was good too. more

Great work, very reasonable prices 1/6/2012

I've had Tom from Jim Wagner Plumbing out to my home twice since we've moved in to fix some issues from the old owner and he did a really great job. Both times Tom was very professional, prompt, friendly, did great work, and had reasonable prices. It's good to know that in case of future need for a plumber, I have a trusted guy I can call. more

Great and personable! 1/3/2012

We really loved the plumber who came out from Jim Wagner Plumbing, Inc. the first time. We do really like their services which is why we keep using them. We've used Jim Wagner Plumbing, Inc. for mostly repairs to our water heater, and other work. I liked the fact that their pricing isn't arbitrary. They've basically got a guide that says how much things are going to cost. They had really good service and the plumber was really great and personable. more

Great job. 7/25/2011

I had a leak where the water came in from the new ice maker in the refrigerator and Jim Wagner Plumbing fixed it up. They explained exactly what they would do, how much it was going to cost, and got it done as fast as they could. They did a great job. Pat Anderson more

We called Jim Wagner Plumbing for emergency service. It was raining like crazy, and our sump pump went out. The plumber was here in no more than an hour and a half to provide a temporary fix. He came back later to replace the sump pump, and everything is fine. I would rate them highly. more

Jim Wagner Plumbing helped me out of a pickle! 5/20/2011

When I dealt with Jim Wagner Plumbing it was when I was in a rental property. It was in the dead of winter and I was in a pickle. My toilet was backed up and I needed someone to come out on the same day. They were the only ones available on short notice. They came and routed out the toilet and I was pretty happy with them. more

Jim Wagner installed an overhead plumbing system for me. He estimated it to be a total of 3 days, and it was done in 3 days. He kept the work place extremely clean and well kept, and he was very easy to work with. He came when said, and did everything he said he would do. I was extremely happy with Jim and his work. more

Excellent service.The company was definately affordable compared to others I have used in the past.The plumber that came out was knowledgeable,and polite. He repaired my water heater quickly, so I could get back to work.Thanks again more
