After visiting with another popular Chevy dealer in Owasso, a meeting that left me frustrated, flooded with calls and pressured to make an immediate decision about purchasing a vehicle, I decided to try Jim Glover in Tulsa. Anyone that has a television in the local area has probably seen the commercial advertisements for the place, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My car salesman, Sean H., showed me a few of the cars in the style I was looking for and eventually found the exact one that I was wanting. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, and I got a good deal on a trade-in vehicle. They even gave me a loaner car and tinted my windows for free a few weeks later. Sean also took several minutes to discuss the car's features and to program my phone into the car to use the hands-free option. He also noticed that the gas gauge was slightly below full, and he filled it up so that it had a completely full tank of gas upon leaving. I have had my car a little over a year now, and I have only used their service department (which is a 30 minute drive for me). I had one bad experience on a weekend visit where I waited five hours, and no explanation or discussion was ever given to me about my car or the issues that I was asking about at the time. After e-mailing the Service Director, he e-mailed me back on a Sunday and apologized and promised to look into the situation on the following day. He called me the next day and again apologized, and we discussed my visit to their service department. Every other time I have been there since then I have had a different service advisor, Kevin Thames, and he has been very informative and helpful with answering questions during my visit. Overall, I believe Jim Glover is one of the best car dealerships in the Tulsa area. They have a lot of helpful employees, and I have even recommended them to a friend who purchased a vehicle from them and had a great buying experience. more

I had a excellent salesman. I went in looking for a used car but he wanted to see if he could try and get me in something brand new if I was interested. I thought there is no way. I came in on a Saturday and I had my salesman and then another gentleman both who which were great. Then they brought in a 3rd man, whom I didn't care for. He tried to keep getting me to go higher and treat me like I should be grateful for the price I was going to get it for, HOWEVER I informed him I wasn't there to look at a new vehicle because I knew my budget and what I could afford. i didn't back down but he did. I got a brand new SUV in the price range I needed. They traded a vehicle to another lot to get me exactly what I was looking for. Then we had some bad weather but my salesman went to pick the car up for me. Had it detailed, gas-ed up and ready to go. Got me weather mats and showed me how to use everything. He even followed up with me to make sure I was still enjoying my vehicle. I had a wonderful salesman. We actually went back to look for my boyfriend and my mom will be going soon. Highly Recommended. more

Jason, Jared and Cass, Jim Glover should be proud of all 3. They were very personable, fun to work with and handled things very expediently. Not often have I seen the level of customer service they provided. Your son was actually late for a date to stay and talk with us. My wife and I love our new 2011 Camaro Convertible! We actually were trading in our mustang and looking for another mustang, but when Jared and Jason showed us the Camaro convertible, we immediately fell in love with it! So glad its finally fall and convertible weather! We highly recommend Jim Glover Chevrolet more

WOW! Sorry to see some of the earlier folks who posted not take responsibility for their own kids. Hardly has anything to do with car sales. I have to say the business my wife and I had at Jim Glover was amazing. They literally bent over backwards to get us out of our old car with every bit of $6000 of negative equity, into a brand new 2011 Malibu, and at the same time absorb most of what was keeping us upside down. Ben was very professional and friendly. He went way above and beyond to help us out, and I can say they now have an extremely loyal customer. In a few years, when my children turn eighteen and head out to buy a car, I'll be sure to be there with them, since I know where they are. Thanks Jim Glover. You guys are great. more

I am a returning customer at Jim Glover Chevrolet. I bought my Silverado 2500 last year and just recently with the help of the sales and management team purchased my wife a Beautiful Denali that they searched for several weeks to find and ship in not knowing if it would be the one my wife would fall in love with or not. They treated us very fair on both purchases and gave top dollar for our trade ins. I have recommended Jim Glover Chevrolet to My Sister & Brother in law, who both purchased new vehicles as well as my sales director who purchase his wife a new Camaro and is currently considering buying a new truck as well. I live in Missouri but found the Mustang on Glover's lot that was the color combination I wanted. We traded photos back and forth as I had a Shelby to trade. Excellent team to work with. Not a lot of going back and forth. Traded a lot of cars over the years but never one over the phone and by sharing photos. After we reached agreement on price I drove the 5 plus hours to Tulsa. Great place, friendly, helpful people from the sales team on the lot to the mechanic who had my car on the lift awaiting my inspection. Transaction was fast and painless. Just watching the way people at this dealership interact with customers including myself I could tell the that the leadership team has set created a very customer driven culture. more

Jared Glover, Adam Clinkenbeard, Billy Caperton, and James in new car sales made our problem go away with ease. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years with the last 6 of 7 being a GM product. I was extremely pleased with the experience that I had with Jim Glover Chevrolet and my latest truck purchase. It was far different from the normal high pressure that you get from the average dealership where they sell you the vehicle they need to move instead of what the customer really wants.\r After researching multiple trucks we decided to look at the Ford F-150, and the Chevrolet Silverado to compare the differences. We also had done research on the other dealerships in the Tulsa area. We had previously done business with Jim Glover Chevrolet in 2002 and found them to stand behind the product that they sell. We found Jim Glover Chevrolet to be community oriented, Christian based, and a solid company to do business with, and a company that has been around for several years.\r I was pleased in the way that my wife and I were treated while evaluating trucks at the Glover dealership. Both the salesman David Duncil, and sales manager Cas and assisted us with the purchase on our 2013 Silverado. There was no high pressure from the salesmen, and they did NOT try to push a vehicle on us. They ask us what we were looking for in a truck and answered any questions that we had about the vehicle. They helped us located the truck that we wanted and were looking for. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership, and based on my experience I will also do more business in the future with Jim Glover. more

I was in a unfortunate Lemon situation with a previous vehicle and was intending to use the dealer I have been using since the start since it is conveniently by my home. To my disappointment that dealer did not want to help me order my new Camaro. I gave them several opportunities and they sat on their butts and did nothing. I gave Jared a call at Jim Glover the next day and he took care of me immediately. We placed the order within days and he was able to take a very complicated situation and make it easy for the customer.\r \r When my Camaro arrived he was thoughtful enough to leave all the plastic and the stickers on the Camaro like I asked. To me it is a true gift to take those off of you own vehicle. It's like unwrapping the best present ever. I am only 21 and I plan on buying from Jared and Jim Glover Chevrolet for a very long team.
