Car dealers are a rarely loved breed and Jim Glover Chevy are the worst example of their kind.\r \r The recent series of television commercials have been touting three things. \r \r 1.How religious we all are here at JG. ""God Bless, this, God Bless, that"" As this is an attempt to get you to buy a car, surely this is in fact, blasphemous?\r 2. Look how charitable we are at JG. They have even gone as low as having some poor fella from the Salvation army appear on TV. Giving money to charity for the purpose of making greater personal profit surely is as morally dubious as invoking Gods name for the purpose of personal profit? Also a nice tax deduction.\r 3. Family. Buy a car from us because we are standing in front of this christmas tree desperately hoping you will identify with us.\r Lets face it, JG need some marketing help. BS disguised as godliness and charitableness leaves us all with an unpleasant taste.\r \r The only redeeming feature is the pleasant Ms. Glover but I think her father should stop demeaning her with his appalling ad decisions and try real honesty with potential customers. Is that too much to ask more
