I took my Cadillac in for and alternator oil change secondary air flow system they quoted me 750 for the alternator and ended up charging me 850 when I went to pick it up when I left my check engine light came back on I brought it back to Jerry signer Cadillac in Salt Lake City Utah they then told me it was my converter and that it would be around $650 to fix keep in mind I just got done paying them 1522 dollars to fix whatever was wrong with it what I left the shop my car started driving funny I took it into a different shop to get it looked at and they said my frame had been cracked and the only way my frame would have been cracked is if my car was dropped from at least a foot high my Cadillac frame had no previous damage before I took it to Jerry signer Cadillac I got in contact with their GM and collision center the GM told me that they were not going to take responsibility to contact my insurance company I have not been in any accidents I have a car fax to prove it I have contacted an attorney and we'll move for a lawsuit because now the vehicle that I own has lost all of its value I will never take my car back or any car I ever own back to Jerry signer Cadillac keep in mind all I have ever owned this Cadillacs I know they're engine I know their maintenance I have previously own for Cadillacs before this one I am A return customer I have done service through them in the past and they treated me like it's not their problem more

Incompetent idiots even for a basic oil change and inspection. Gave them another chance after them rating my tires all a green (100% in good shape) when the two front tires were almost bald. This time before I left I inspected the fluid levels because I knew one of them needed to be topped off as it was at its minimum level. I noticed that it had not been even touched and asked Dan to explain. He brought his tech over and explained that because my brakes were bad, it wouldn't matter how much fluid they put in. It would stay low until the brakes were replaced. I looked at the inspection report they had just handed to me and it said my brakes were 100% fine. I now wonder if they even did the oil change. I tried getting ahold of Nathan Shaw, the service manager and he will not return my calls. Stay away from these incompetent crooks! more

Only wish they were smarter.... They are not smart enough to listen to you and try to do their best to satisfy customers. The manager James there is the dumbest, keeps repeating same thing over and over, never listens to you. He only cares ""selling"" part not what the customers want. We spent $200 for their service team to look at the car we were interested, because we weren't allowed to take it off the lot to our mechanic. They did, and the result is some repair needs to be done which relates to the engine. There was a leak that we were told the cost will be some where between $10-3000 to fix. They don't know the repair cost because they need to do more research but because it is sold ""as is"" they don't want to. After spending almost $200, really. We only wanted them to do one thing (which was to see where the leak was coming from, which is reasonable for the seller to do for within the $200 we gave) to give us the detail of what needs to be done for around this much cost not some where between $10-3000! We know what ""as is"" means, we can buy it ""as is"" if we know what's wrong with it & how much it would cost to fix it. Without knowing it and buying the car for half of 10.000, you have to be an idiot. We'd never recommend this place to anyone. When the manager is that dumb, no hope for the company, stupid place. more

Can they really be this bad? 2/17/2012

I visited Jerry Seiner Cadillac during my lunch break today. Having purchased a number of luxury brands before, I expected to be treated as an intelligent consumer. The sales rep was very pushy and knew very little about the vehicle. Before he even knew if I liked the vehicle he was pushing me to buy it. When I told him that my head hit the ceiling due to the sunroof, he insulted me by telling me it was psychological on my part. When the sales rep failed to close me and I was about to get in my car, he went and called the manager to see if he could close me. Since this experience included both the sales rep and a manager, I don't recommend that anyone purchase from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I'm pretty certain that the few positive reviews on this page are employees of Jerry Seiner who are trying to do damage control. more

Horrible and Dishonest Service 9/16/2011

After having one of the worst experiences buying a car at Jerry Seiner I swore I would never go back. We needed some warranty and recall work done a couple years later and decided to give them a try again. We also needed to get a safety and emissions test done. Needless to say they were very misleading and dishonest in their actions and to get the necessary tests done to register my car it ended up costing me $230 which only included a minor adjustment to the parking brake. Stay far away Jerry Seiner unless you have money to burn and NEVER ask for Dan if you do. more

Another disappointment 5/16/2011

I bought a vehicle some time ago. Everything went well at the time and I bought an extended warranty. I recall being told it was good at any ASE mechanic. Now I find out after taking it to another Chevrolet Dealer that it is only good at the Jerry Seiner Dealership. I feel that I was lied to and this has caused me a huge inconvenience and a $50 diagnostic charge. I'm now worry I will have a bad experience with Jerry Seiner service department again. I thought maybe I would consider Jerry Seiner again for a purchase, since it was good. But considering all this, I don't think so. Shame on Jerry Seiner for selling a in house warranty that only benefits Jerry Seiner. I'm sure that Jerry Seiner is getting rich with these small print limitations with buying cars from him. more

Great customer service! 2/3/2011

?We first leased from Jerry Seiner in 2007. We came back for our new vehicle because of our salesman, Lance Bradshaw, and service manager, Doug Thompson. They are the reasons we decided to stay with a Cadillac product and drive over 3 hours to deal with them. We continue to refer this dealership and these two employees to our friends.? Thomas more
