Only wish they were smarter.... They are not smart enough to listen to you and try to do their best to satisfy customers. The manager James there is the dumbest, keeps repeating same thing over and over, never listens to you. He only cares ""selling"" part not what the customers want. We spent $200 for their service team to look at the car we were interested, because we weren't allowed to take it off the lot to our mechanic. They did, and the result is some repair needs to be done which relates to the engine. There was a leak that we were told the cost will be some where between $10-3000 to fix. They don't know the repair cost because they need to do more research but because it is sold ""as is"" they don't want to. After spending almost $200, really. We only wanted them to do one thing (which was to see where the leak was coming from, which is reasonable for the seller to do for within the $200 we gave) to give us the detail of what needs to be done for around this much cost not some where between $10-3000! We know what ""as is"" means, we can buy it ""as is"" if we know what's wrong with it & how much it would cost to fix it. Without knowing it and buying the car for half of 10.000, you have to be an idiot. We'd never recommend this place to anyone. When the manager is that dumb, no hope for the company, stupid place.
