I visited Jerry Seiner Cadillac during my lunch break today. Having purchased a number of luxury brands before, I expected to be treated as an intelligent consumer. The sales rep was very pushy and knew very little about the vehicle. Before he even knew if I liked the vehicle he was pushing me to buy it. When I told him that my head hit the ceiling due to the sunroof, he insulted me by telling me it was psychological on my part. When the sales rep failed to close me and I was about to get in my car, he went and called the manager to see if he could close me. Since this experience included both the sales rep and a manager, I don't recommend that anyone purchase from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. I'm pretty certain that the few positive reviews on this page are employees of Jerry Seiner who are trying to do damage control.
