Jack Rabbit Storage

I called various companies to find the best prices and this place was a little cheaper. I liked the fact that they offered quite a bit in their store as far as supplies, boxes and more. The security guard on duty helped me fill out the paperwork and signed up for insurance on the space just in case. I thumbs up to jack rabbit if you are looking for short term or long term storage. more

A nice, new clean facility with many extras to offer. We needed to move out of our townhouse (just sold) to make the move in a few months to our new place. Walked in here and did a quick tour of the place, good prices (affordable) and easy access - we signed up. Security is on site as well - gated lot. more

I've been searcing for a decent price for storage since we bought our house in December and needed to move. The folks at jack rabbit helped me throughout the entire process; loaning us a truck to help us move, offering help, staying late one night to finish up paperwork. Everything A+. Most importantly - great customer service even after the move. more

Jack Rabbit is a local company. I always try to support local companies before using a national brand. The prices on the storage closets are competitive (a rate is locked in for one year), it's clean and the staff is easy going, friendly, helpful. I have been with them since 2011 and I have not had a single problem with my storage. Highly recommend them before going with another national change. Thank you. more

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the customer service and the rapid response to my email inquiry . The size space that I need at one location was not available but the manager checked another location to find it for me. I was notified immediately once the space was found. I have stored with jack rabbit on a couple of different occasions and at several locations. Each one runs a tight ship. Professional, clean, helpful, specials are offered and they offer a truck to use on move in. Hands down..a quality storage company to use if you need one. more

Could not say enough about jack rabbit storage. They really went out of their way to show us several size spaces to fit our needs. I attempted to rent the Jack Rabbit truck to assist me with moving my house hold goods. Jack Rabbit was unable to assist me due to them only having one truck and their inability to reserve a vehicle over the phone. Their competitors, U-haul, will reserve a truck with just a credit card number, which makes life easier for the working class. I also called twice, and leave a callback number, only to not get a return phone call. Jack Rabbit Managers are the only ones who can rent trucks which is a problem seeing that a manager only work from 9:00 - 5:30 daily. Who doesn't work from 9-6 daily or doesn't get caught in VA traffic during those hours? Jack Rabbit also didn't assist me in finding another truck from their sister stores. They send me over to another store; only to have to not be able to guarantee me that I can rent a truck off of him. They have lousy service and need to learn to operate in the 21st Century. more
