Review content:
I attempted to rent the Jack Rabbit truck to assist me with moving my house hold goods. Jack Rabbit was unable to assist me due to them only having one truck and their inability to reserve a vehicle over the phone. Their competitors, U-haul, will reserve a truck with just a credit card number, which makes life easier for the working class. I also called twice, and leave a callback number, only to not get a return phone call. Jack Rabbit Managers are the only ones who can rent trucks which is a problem seeing that a manager only work from 9:00 - 5:30 daily. Who doesn't work from 9-6 daily or doesn't get caught in VA traffic during those hours? Jack Rabbit also didn't assist me in finding another truck from their sister stores. They send me over to another store; only to have to not be able to guarantee me that I can rent a truck off of him. They have lousy service and need to learn to operate in the 21st Century.
