Japanese Connection offers great service! 5/23/2010

Having maintenance done on your vehicle is one of the last things anyone wants to do because of costs and time. Consequently, I have been going to the Japanese Connection for over 20 years, and doing so has relieved me of this burden. Kraig and his staff have always provided me and my family, wonderful and exceptional service. I truly appreciate the honesty, integrity, and workmanship of Kraig’s staff. These ladies and gentlemen are truly wonderful, and I commend them on giving outstanding customer service. I recommend the Japanese Connection to anyone who asks about getting any maintenance done on their vehicle. I have always been impressed with the level of service that was provided and as promised to me. Thank you so much! more

Tremendous service. 5/21/2010

I've been with Japanese Connection since 1996, and they have always done a tremendous job for me. One experience in particular really glued me to them. I had a busted strut on a van, and I was supposed to be moving that day. I called them and they were packed, but they told me to bring it in at 11:30. By 12:30 I was completely repaired, and that really sealed the deal for me. I even go to them for oil changes. The repair quality is tremendous. We had a Rav4, 2001, and we got many extra miles out of it than expected, and I know that is because of the repairs given to me by Japanese Connection. They go out of their way to make sure their customers have a great experience, and they are reasonably priced. I have always been happy with my service at Japanese Connection. 5/20/2010

The people are friendly, they remember me (a good thing, I think!?!) and they leave me with the feeling that they are happy to take care of my car whether I've been a "good" customer or not (I always pay my bills on time but am not always timely with getting in for service). They provide excellent service and are wiling to "just take a look" if that's all my car needs. What a relief that is! more

Japanese Connection is reputable, honest and provides quality work. 5/19/2010

Japanese Connection has very capable and competent mechanics and the staff is friendly, attentive, and respectful. They always explain the problem and what it will take to fix it before moving forward with the work. The shop is very clean and the waiting room is comfortable – women notice that!! I have used their service for several years and have always been satisfied. They make the customer feel like family. Kraig and Matt are the best! I can't say enough about the excellent and conscientious sevice provided by Creig and Matt. When I leave I know my car is safe to drive. Their helpful reminders of needed service keeps me on track for car maintence. They are friendly and compassionate to their customers needs. more

Everyone at Japanese Connection works hard to do the job properly. They call and communicate with the customer, something that we haven't seen with other mechanics. Very professional and friendly. I love the extra care, especially having the car washed before I pick it up. more

I really trust what Kraig says. 5/11/2010

We have been using Japanese Connection since 1992, and Kraig has been wonderful. He really works with us on what our car needs. I have never known him to try to sell us a service or part that was not needed. Sometimes when I go for an oil change he will notice things need replacement, but it always is necessary. He is not trying to rip anyone off. At one point we brought our daughter's car to him after having it looked at somewhere else, and he told us that the repair did not actually need to be done and that the other mechanics were just trying to sell us something. I can really trust what he says, and trust is a big issue with mechanics. His prices are extremely fair. At first they may seem high, but that is because he discloses the entire price upfront and does not tack on extra charges. When Kraig says it will cost something, it is always the full price.
