I know I can trust that when I take my car to Japenese Connection that they'll do a good job at a reasonable price. They also let me know if other work needs doing but don't do a hard sell if it's something that can wait. I have been jacked around by some pretty reputable local mechanics but I haven't been at Japanese Connection and that's a really big deal in an industry that has more than it's fair share of dishonest practioners!! more

Friendly staff that does whatever it takes to satisfy customers. A little more expensive than competition, but well worth it because of the quality work and trust relationship they establish. more

Japanese Connection has provided excellent service on both of our "aging" vehicles. They never try to push services or parts beyond what is required. They are prompt but don't rush their work; if they need to keep it over night, they really need to keep it over night! The service manager is friendly and knowledgeable and always knows what is required to keep our vehicles running properly. Honest, reliable and fair - Very rare qualities these days! more

I have been a customer of Japanese Connection for many years. I use to take my 89 Nissan Sentra in yearly for service and never had a repair/service problem with them during all that time. In 2004 I bought a new Toyota Corolla which they now service. Their prices are fair and they back up their work with a 12month/12thousand mile warranty. I highly recommend them. more

My experience doing business with Japanese Connection is that they are honest and Friendly, they will not do any work on your vehicle without you knowing exactly what it is and how much it will cost. They also stand behind their work. I trust Japanese Connection with all of my car or truck maintanence and repairs. more

Japanese Connection goes out of their way for their customer. The last time I was there, there were some warranty issues and Japanese Connection went out of their way to work with the insurance company in order to resolve it. I have used them for almost a year. They are fast, and they explain things to me. For me, as a woman, I sometimes go into repair shops and they don't really believe what I have to say. The Japanese Connection employees listen to what I have to say and ask questions to make sure they understand my point of view. They will work you in. I have dealt with other places that will tell me the car will be done in a little bit, and it takes 4 hours to finish. That is not a little bit to me. Japanese Connection gives me an exact time and works me into their schedule. They are good to work with. When we lived in Colorado Springs, we took our cars to Japanese Connection. I can't remember how long we were customers - at least 5 years or so. I was blown away by the customer service, honesty and good car service that we received from Kraig and his crew. There are so many little things that made this place stand out from the rest. As a woman, I never once felt talked down to. Kraig would explain things to me so I'd understand, but never assumed I knew mechanics inside out. He never told me to have my husband call him - as other mechanics had done. I brought my Honda in to him at one point... it was doing strange stuff. He had it all day long, tested it etc. He couldn't get it to do the same thing it had for me. When I went to pick it up, he didn't charge me for it because he said he hadn't fixed anything. I couldn't believe it. I sent everyone I knew to Japanese Connection, and they all had the same experiences I did. Having left CO 4 years ago, I STILL miss Japanese Connection, and realize just how amazing the place is. I haven't found anything close to it here. I've asked around, tried several places, and nothing even comes close. I can't say enough good stuff about Kraig and Japanese Connection!
