I live in California and was looking to have my iPhone fixed. The apple store, after a 45 minute wait, told me it would be $150. I called a few local shops and they all quoted less than half that. I found iResQ online and thought I would give them a shot so I would not have to deal with more lines, driving and hassle of going to downtown Los Angeles. I shipped my phone out Monday evening and had my phone in hand by Wednesday mid morning. Throughout the process I had notification emails telling how things were progressing. The price was half of Apple's including shipping. The speed was QUICK. The service was EXCELLENT. Thanks. I will be back to get my Macbook's hard drive replaced later. more

Better Than Apple 6/30/2011

My classic (really, the old thick one) 60 gig iPod locked up. I had a DJ gig for the annual neighborhood BBQ the next day so went to the Apple Store where I was informed the unit was a total loss. I could get a 10% discount on the purchase of a new iPod if I traded the old one in. Taking a chance, I decided it was worth trying iResq. So, I kept the old one, bought a new one & sent the old one to IiResq. Within days I was informed the old unit is good to go. Now I have a backup for our Burning Man AOXOMOXOA camp, all for very little cost. Thank you, iResq! more

I sent in my ipod and the day it was received I got an email letting me know it was there. The same day I had a diagnoses. The entire process was only about three business days. (I had next day air shipping. I wanted my iPod back for 4th of July.) They are very good and responsive. I recommend them highly! more

iResQ saved my Mother's Day present 6/27/2011

My kids and my husband gave me an iPad 2 for Mother's Day. I was so pleased with it until I dropped a jar of baby food on the flex cover and cracked the glass in a spider web design. Fortunately everything worked but Apple would not fix it nor did they recommend any place that would. The said I could trade it in. Not likely. So one of my sons said there are aftermarket places that fix iPads so I found iResQ on the internet and they are so nice and prompt and my iPad is fixed and on its way back to me. The price was reasonable and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a repair on their i product. more

Iphone life savers 6/27/2011

I took my iphone into the ocean with me on accident, and it quit working. I sent it into Iresq and they gave it a free test and within about four days i got my phone back. These guys are pro's more

Responsive service, would use again 6/25/2011

I mailed in my 3rd gen iPod touch to get its battery replaced. As promised, they worked to replace the battery the same day they received it in the mail. However, I got a call from my technician that afternoon saying he had accidentally broken a different part of the iPod's internal hardware while it was under the knife, and that a replacement part would not be available for 1-2 business days. 4 business days later, I called their customer service, and the man on the line got in touch with the technician and told me that the iPod had been repaired that morning, was being tested, and would be shipped out that day. When I asked, he upgraded the shipping back to me to overnight airmail for free. The iPod came back in great shape. Though it was frustrating to hear that part of my iPod had been broken, I greatly appreciated their honesty in informing me of their mistake and willingness to get my iPod back to me ASAP. I would definitely use iResQ again. more

Fantastic Service and Top Notch Staff! 6/24/2011

I sent my new iPhone in to have the camera removed, but unfortunately when I received it back it started having intermittent problems. I contacted the staff and they bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Dillon emailed me an overnight ups label and the technician (Kirk) called me several times so the he could fully understand what issues I was having and to update me on the status of the repair. I'll be sure to bring all my i-business to these guys! TOP NOTCH! Thanks iResQ! more

Best Prices 1/21/2010

I placed an order for a Macbook screen replacement. They sent me a box overnight, I put my computer in it and sent the box back with the overnight label provided, they received it replaced it and shipped back to me that day!! I got it the next business day and it looked BRAND NEW!!! Parts, labor, shipping, was $265!!! Try and beat that! It worked great looked great and came with a warranty!
