My classic (really, the old thick one) 60 gig iPod locked up. I had a DJ gig for the annual neighborhood BBQ the next day so went to the Apple Store where I was informed the unit was a total loss. I could get a 10% discount on the purchase of a new iPod if I traded the old one in. Taking a chance, I decided it was worth trying iResq. So, I kept the old one, bought a new one & sent the old one to IiResq. Within days I was informed the old unit is good to go. Now I have a backup for our Burning Man AOXOMOXOA camp, all for very little cost. Thank you, iResq!
