I mailed in my 3rd gen iPod touch to get its battery replaced. As promised, they worked to replace the battery the same day they received it in the mail. However, I got a call from my technician that afternoon saying he had accidentally broken a different part of the iPod's internal hardware while it was under the knife, and that a replacement part would not be available for 1-2 business days. 4 business days later, I called their customer service, and the man on the line got in touch with the technician and told me that the iPod had been repaired that morning, was being tested, and would be shipped out that day. When I asked, he upgraded the shipping back to me to overnight airmail for free. The iPod came back in great shape. Though it was frustrating to hear that part of my iPod had been broken, I greatly appreciated their honesty in informing me of their mistake and willingness to get my iPod back to me ASAP. I would definitely use iResQ again. more
