Thank you so much Dan and InnerPC for saving the day for me! I just got my brand new computer and tried to load up Microsoft Office and disaster struck. It was not loading, so I tried to reach Microsoft via my internet connection and got snagged by a shady organization that pretended to be Microsoft. They tried to tell me I had a virus that needed to be fixed and as I got more and more suspicious I knew I needed to get off the phone with them ASAP and get real help from a trustworthy source. But it was Friday at 7:30pm on Memorial Day Weekend and who could I possibly call? Dan picked up the phone and said he could have me fixed and back on my feet the very next day - Saturday at 1:30pm on Memorial Day Weekend! True to his word, he told me what it would probably cost, he fixed the problem swiftly and was very kind and professional. It was all done remotely and on time and on budget. I am so happy to now have under ""Knight in shining armor"" on my speed dial and highly recommend him for your computer needs!! more

InnerPC is the BEST. I have used numerous computer help companies in Manhattan over the years - but they are tops. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, and fairly priced. They speak the language of computers fluently and it is amazing to watch them work. My hard drive had an issue (among other things) and they were able to make my computer work faster and better than new. I have already recommended them to my friends. InnerPC is an amazing example of a stellar small business that we should all support -- they also do non-profit work! more

I had a hard drive failure, they came to me to take a look, assessed the problem and recommended solutions. \r \r I highly recommend InnerPC, they did a great job, treated me with respect, resolved my computer issues, fixed up the computer better than I expected and even helped me to set up a back up system so when I get too lazy to do it myself it is already running on its own. \r \r I would call them again and recommend them to any one who is looking for any type of help with their computers. They are friendly and helpful with everything. I didn't expect them to come to me and was pleasantly surprised at the personal service. more

This is the third time that I've used MyInnerPC and these guys are the BEST! Colin did a GREAT job; it feels like having a new computer, every problem I was having is resolved. Period. The professionalism, the competance, the knowledge, the skill level and above all, the desire to have a satisfied customer makes this company absolutely impossible to beat; this is service with a personal touch that you're never going to find with some large, computer repair franchise. You simply cannot find better. These guys are the best. Really. more

Hi, my name is Colin. I called InnerPC to come repair my computer on the Upper East Side and they were great! They scheduled an exact time rather than the ridiculous 3 to 5 hour block that some companies give and they showed up perfectly on time. They got me set up quickly and without talking down to me about all the techy stuff and now my computer is working great! more

EXCELLENT! Old school. Dan and his wonderful staff were effective, efficient, professional, pleasant, creative and very intelligent. Oh and more than reasonable with their pricing. In fact, though money is tight I gave them extra as a way to express my appreciation. What they did was assess the issues with my computer, priced it very fairly, took the computer to their shop and fixed it in a very timely manner. They brought it back, checked it and had me do the same. Now they are going to give me computer lessons. I could not be happier. I highly recommend InnerPC. In fact, I already introduced my dear neighbor to InnerPC. All companies should conduct themselves as InnerPC does. It would make for a much superior world. more

InnerPC help me find out which computer was for my needs. They are knowledge, fast and personable. Even though I had issues with the equipment that was shipped to my house, Dan was able to resolve those issues. I highly recommend them. more

Wonderful at-home PC Repair 5/15/2012

InnerPC lives up to it's reviews. I had some minor problems with my PC, which freaked me out - not being a computer person. Dan, InnerPC's owner, came to my house and not only fixed my PC's issues, but answered all questions that I had concerning my computer. The service was professional, fast and very-very reasonable. New York Times 4/27/2012

Professional, efficient and affordable My computer was not working well, it would freeze contionously. I went online and found Inner PC. I called Dan and he took care of me right away. He was reliable and reasonable with rates. He would call me for updates in for various computers that I sent to fix. It was a pleasure in doing business with him. I can say that my computers are working like new and the best of all very fast. Thank You Dan. more

Efficient, competent & reasonable 3/26/2012

I thought my computer was dying (turns out my operating system was corrupted). A co-worker found InnerPC on the web and suggested I call them since they were so highly rated on City Search. I am glad I took his advice. Dan is reliable, competent, efficient and has very reasonable rates. He is a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend his services. Best of all, my computer is working like new - and it's a 6 year old machine, thank you Dan! more

Inner PC service 3/19/2012

My computer was slow and my check showed the space was almost totally used up, despite the fact that mostly document files and few pictures and no video files. What could be taking up so much room? Dan came and diagnosed nasty worms inside. He slayed the dragons and tuned up my PC SO that everything ran much swifter than before. He communicates everything well. I intend to keep him around for my future computer needs. more

the best of the best 2/14/2012

My computer was hit by a virulent virus that rendered it completely and utterly useless. I thought that'd I'd lost everything, my files, photos, documents, videos, music, everything. That's what I THOUGHT but Dan was able to retrieve every last file ald folder, he purged the virus, cleaned the hard drive and returned the computer to me in better condition than it had ever been. He's courteous and professonal, experienced and skilled. You won't find anyone better than Dan. I feel very lucky to have found him and while I hope never to need computer help again, if I do, there's no question that I'll call Dan right away. more
