Thank you so much Dan and InnerPC for saving the day for me! I just got my brand new computer and tried to load up Microsoft Office and disaster struck. It was not loading, so I tried to reach Microsoft via my internet connection and got snagged by a shady organization that pretended to be Microsoft. They tried to tell me I had a virus that needed to be fixed and as I got more and more suspicious I knew I needed to get off the phone with them ASAP and get real help from a trustworthy source. But it was Friday at 7:30pm on Memorial Day Weekend and who could I possibly call? Dan picked up the phone and said he could have me fixed and back on my feet the very next day - Saturday at 1:30pm on Memorial Day Weekend! True to his word, he told me what it would probably cost, he fixed the problem swiftly and was very kind and professional. It was all done remotely and on time and on budget. I am so happy to now have under ""Knight in shining armor"" on my speed dial and highly recommend him for your computer needs!!
