Timely, done in one day - very goog clean up - removal of debris 9/25/2015

Our whole experience was good as we got an estimate & our roof done in less than a week. The salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable & helped us pick out the products we wanted & made us feel well-informed! more

Jeff was always on time for our appointments. He did not pressure me into a decision. Jose and his team worked so hard. They pushed themselves into the dark of night to finish the job. They were good to each other and worked in skilled unison. more

Hometown Roofing did my roof in 2003, and it was good! Then I had a leak the other day for some reason, and they came and looked over it and repaired it, and it seems fine. They do a good job! Next time if I need a rood replacement, that's who I'm going to! more

Best in Town 3/13/2015

We continue to be impressed by Hometown Roofing's commitment to customer satisfaction. We had our roof replaced in 2011, soon after, a skylight leak, they repaired interior and exterior quickly and happily. In 2014, a different leak where house intersects the roof, repaired in the same manner. And just recently another another small leak ( we have a very large complex roof) they came out immediately and have scheduled the work to be done. They truly do stand behind their work. We used them on a rental property and had no issues. We are buying another home and are definitely using them again, because there is no doubt that they will take responsibility and fix any issues quickly and without cost to us. If you want a solid roof for many years after install. I would highly recommend Hometown. I am not the type to leave reviews. I am just so impressed with their work ethic and I know from my sister's experience that not all roofers will stand behind their work. more

Good service. Employee interested in doing a good job. Quality work. 1/26/2015

The Service was very good. They were willing to work with us. Employees doing the work seemed to do a good job, though we had some concerns about the amount of work done in the dark. Good follow-up to work. One section of work was missed. After Hometown Roofing heard of this, they sent someone out. Clean-up by workers was only ok. Most of the mess was left until the end of the service, and not cleaned up each day. more

The estimator (Jeff) was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The install crew finished the job quickly and it looks good. I have on complaint. During the tear-off they did a poor job of protecting some landscape plants. If they threw the old shingles out a little further everything would have been fine. more
