I wanted to thank Joshua for everything that he has done since he started with Home Rental Services. When it started getting really cold our water pipes for our kitchen froze and we didn't have running water in the kitchen. He had someone come out to fix that and it worked great. Thanks so much for the speedy response to our maintenance problems! more

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the phone call I received on Friday from your company. I have always received outstanding service from you and everyone I have been in contact with at Home Rental Services, but on Friday I was EXTREMLEY impressed with your company. There was a large fire on my street at the end of my lock with a lot of fire trucks, policemen, and news coverage. Jesse saw the story on the news and called me to make sure it wasn’t my property and that we were OK. This gesture of kindness was very nice and greatly appreciated. He is a great representation of Home Rental Services. I really appreciate his call and concern. more

I am grateful to these guys for their quick response and their attention to what's going on with my house. I've always felt that HRS is responsible and on top of things. They've done an excellent job of finding tenants and renting my house over the years. As a matter of fact, I am in the process of refinancing the house because I think it's a good ongoing rental investment for years to come. Part of my assurance is that they've proven to be such great property managers. more

I’m very pleased with how Home Rental Services handled the rental process. I’m not a fan of renting homes and I find the process to be troublesome as both a tenant and a landlord but I do appreciate HRS working with me on the issues I had and I appreciate what the owner did as well. So for that I am thankful. I wish other property management services worked as well as HRS did. more

I just want to sing my praise for Trent, my property manager. My rental property has had several LARGE maintenance issues in my 3 months of being there. He has taken care of them promptly! He is very courteous as is every repair man that came to the home. Your company should be a role model for how renters are treated. Truly appreciate living in harmony with HRS. more

My wife and I have only been here a few months now, but we are enjoying the property. From the very start of our contract signing there were some issues that needed attention, and I was impressed as to how quickly they were done. I have never lived in Kansas and needed to contact all of the necessary utility companies so on a whim, I contacted our property manager and he helped me set it up very quickly. There was some garbage in my garage upon arrival, told him and it was gone that day. The landscape update in my backyard looks great and was done fast and clean. HRS has given me peace of mind. more

Don't use. Kept every cent of my several thousand dollar deposit, as if I did several thousands dollars damage. That's a load of crap. I guess the fact that the place was sliding off its foundation is my fault? more
