I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the phone call I received on Friday from your company. I have always received outstanding service from you and everyone I have been in contact with at Home Rental Services, but on Friday I was EXTREMLEY impressed with your company. There was a large fire on my street at the end of my lock with a lot of fire trucks, policemen, and news coverage. Jesse saw the story on the news and called me to make sure it wasn’t my property and that we were OK. This gesture of kindness was very nice and greatly appreciated. He is a great representation of Home Rental Services. I really appreciate his call and concern.
