My wife and I have only been here a few months now, but we are enjoying the property. From the very start of our contract signing there were some issues that needed attention, and I was impressed as to how quickly they were done. I have never lived in Kansas and needed to contact all of the necessary utility companies so on a whim, I contacted our property manager and he helped me set it up very quickly. There was some garbage in my garage upon arrival, told him and it was gone that day. The landscape update in my backyard looks great and was done fast and clean. HRS has given me peace of mind.
