Horrible service -Avoid this company -> do not believe bbb's rating.\r The owner/mechanic charged me $409.74 for parts and labor for a botched job. The majority of the charge was for a so called OEM Crank Position Sensor. The crank position sensor he sold me was definitely not an OEM part but a knock off that sells for $40. Not only did he sell me a non OEM part he destroyed it by misassembling the sensor into the wrong hole in the transmission housing, such that the clutch torn into the sensor housing and destroyed it. more

Last visit was terrible. They couldn’t fix a misfire problem after over two thousand dollars and two months time in and out of their shop. Two other shops keyed in on the cause of the misfire problem right away. I took the evidence back to the owner, he refused to give me a refund. It’s a long story, what you need to know is don’t waste your time and money going to Hi-Line Auto Electric. They do bad business. more

I pass HiLine Auto Electric on 148th just about everyday for work, finally took my car there last month. Great service, competitive pricing, very flexible. It turns out I was getting ripped off by my ex-dealership with bandaid fixes for battery issues, but Hi-Line was able to get to the bottom of my problem solving a drainage issue! It was a pricey fix but problem solved correctly this time! It turns out they do oil-changes and mile-based service as well! I will be going back! more

Charged me more than $600 (over an estimate of less than $200) to resolve a problem with my car's wipers running when switched off, but didn't actually resolve the problem. Stay away. Pros: None Cons: Rip off more

Problem solved and great timely service !!! I was a 1st time customer, and I will come back the next time I need service.These guys fixed my troubled car (2006 Explorer) when the Ford dealership couldn't.. The dealership even recommended Hi-Line Auto Electric to me when they couldn't fix my car. The front counter service was very courteous and professional, and every aspect of the service exceeded my expectations. I was even able to talk with the mechanic who was working on my car, and both he and the counter man explained and showed me exactly what the problems were.. I was impressed with the personal service, and very comfortable having them repair and service my car. I highly recommend this place for service and repair, and I will never go back to the dealership (except for factory warranty).. Also, the free rental car service really helped me keep my appointments for the day.. more

We take both of our cars here for all major work. The price is competitive and the service is great. We usually talk to Mike. They are quick at quoting us a price and getting us in to repair. Try it, you won't be disappointed. more
