Problem solved and great timely service !!! I was a 1st time customer, and I will come back the next time I need service.These guys fixed my troubled car (2006 Explorer) when the Ford dealership couldn't.. The dealership even recommended Hi-Line Auto Electric to me when they couldn't fix my car. The front counter service was very courteous and professional, and every aspect of the service exceeded my expectations. I was even able to talk with the mechanic who was working on my car, and both he and the counter man explained and showed me exactly what the problems were.. I was impressed with the personal service, and very comfortable having them repair and service my car. I highly recommend this place for service and repair, and I will never go back to the dealership (except for factory warranty).. Also, the free rental car service really helped me keep my appointments for the day..
