Free Car Washes for Life! 3/29/2012

On Thrusday March 28, 2012 I came to Headquarter Honda because a month early I had purchased a car from Jarad Congleton and had changed addresses and due to the change I had not recieved my first bill. Jarad promptly helped me with my worries and gave me the info I need to make my first payment. This was the third time I had been by after the purchase and just like the other two prior times Jarad didn't ask but insisted I hand over the keys so he could give my car a wash :) EVERYBODY OUT THERE LISTEN HERE: BUY A CAR NEW OR PRE-OWNED IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU GET FREE CAR WASHES FOR LIFE!!!! and a sales and service staff you'll wanta use for life. Headquarter Honda 2/22/2012

I had no intention of actually buying a car right at that moment, but i drove off the lot of Headquarter Honda in my Hyundai Elantra just hours after walking the used cars lot with Mike Jahangir. We went through the cars that were in my ""wants"" list, and he helped me with the right selection, to fit my lifestyle and needs. Mike then took me through step by step each feature in the car, to make sure i knew how to find and use the equipment and accessories, before heading out on the test drive. I can't remember when i have been given such personal attention from a salesperson! more

I love my Honda Civic 2/12/2012

We went to Headquarter Honda hoping to trade in my 2000 Saturn for a new Honda Civic Hybrid or Honda Civic. I was a little disappointed at how limited the selection for a Hybrid was. I think they only had one or two on the lot and neither had the options i wanted. They said they checked all Florida Honda dealerships to see if there was a Hybrid with my options, but they came back and said no. I honestly don't know if they really looked because I felt they wanted to make a sale that day for a car they did have in stock. However, after saying all that, they had a great selection of 2012 Civics (non-Hybrid) with every option possible. I found a car I loved with all the bells and whistles, and it was on sale! Their financing options weren't spectacular, but Andrew was looked at all sorts of number combinations and was willing to negotiate and wiggle the numbers around. Andrew was very friendly and very patient. He wasn't incredibly knowledgable about the GPS and XM radio, but I was able to answer all of my questions by playing around with the system It is super user friendly. The purchasing process took absolutely forever. I think we were there for 5 hours. However, the staff there was really nice and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Andrew called me the next day to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly and to see if I had any questions. My tire pressure light came on after I got the car home, so I brought it back to their service department and they fixed it right away, making sure it was just low air and not any real problem with the tires such as a nail. more

Excellent Experience!!!! 1/25/2012

Purchased a 2007 Hyundai Entourage Limited. Traded in our vehicle which we were upside down on and they still gave us a great deal! Got a lower interest rate AND lower payments even with our trade! NOBODY else has been able to touch this and we have definitely shopped around. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jarad Congleton. EXCELLENT and I mean EXCELLENT service!!!!! He went through EVERYTHING! Checked every switch and button to make sure everything was in working condition and anything we had questions on he double and triple checked. Even took it to the service department to be 100% sure. This is all on a USED car! Who does that?! After all was said and done we paid $1300 under the blue book value on our van. We will definitely be recommending all our friends and family to go visit Jarad! Check out Headquarter Honda! more

Great Service Department 1/7/2012

Great Service Department - I visited Headquarter Honda for the first time and I have to tell you that I am very pleased with the service. The personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. My car needed a part that they didn't have, but they went the extra mile to resolve the problem that evening. They ordered the part and I was there the next day. They did a great job and most importantly I am a happy customer! Kudos to Jose Martinez, Frankie, and Andy in the Service Department. You guys make a difference! I definitely recommend Headquarter Honda to anyone! I am not going back to my old Honda dealer! Thanks!\r more

Very Very Pleased with the Service!! 1/1/2012

I went to Headquarter Honda on a spur of the moment. I had a 2010 Nissan Murano but was ready to trade it in for a car that would save me money on gas and also get lower car payments. I told my salesman John Shelling exactly what I hoped to do and he made it happen. I drove off the lot with a brand new 2012 Honda Accord with car payments way lower than I actually expected to have. I cannot tell you enough how great this experience was for me. I was there only a few hours and was home in time to celebrate New Years with my family!! If you go there you wont be disappointed at ALL. I dont think I've ever high fived one single person as much as I did with John Shelling!!! :) more

Best Exerperience Ever!!!! 12/29/2011

I am not really sure where all this negative feedback is coming from because I had an absolutly fantastic experience at Headquarter Honda. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and the sales person David Walker was extremely helpful and informative and pointed me in the direction of the Honda Civic. It is the perfect car for me and I really felt that David actaully took the time to listen to what I wanted, rather than try the hard sell.\r \r The manager John Bannon arranged a fantastic payment for me, I had been around a few dealerships and this was 100% the best in town. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Honda! more

I visit headquarter honda with my sister was not sure that we wanted to purchase a vehcle yet. I did give my information to someone. A couple of days later I recieved a call from a Micheal Mccarthy. Very nice an helpful. I really felt safe to visit the dealership and make a car purchase. I am in the process of giving up on my old civic for a new and Mike help me with some questions I had. more

Best Experience for My Daughter as a first time buyer 12/17/2011

Recently my daughter decided she wanted to buy herself a new car. When she contacted Headquarter Honda she had spoken to David Stanford and told him what she was looking for. There was no pressure given to her by the sales team. David kept her very informed of the used car inventory. When he had told her that her dream car was there we went in for a test drive. After the drive she knew that wasn't the car for her. We then sat down with John Schelling and went over the numbers that would best suit her needs. She told him there was another car in mind that she wanted to look at. John had taken all of her information but had never pressured her to walk out with a new car that night. It was at that time that Headquarter Honda had earned my trust, other dealers would have pressured an inexperienced 18 year old into something that would have hurt her. David continued to work with my daughter and let her know when they got the car in that she was looking for and set up a time for her to come in. Of course my daughter fell in love with the car at first sight which in turn scared me because this was her decision to make. Unfortunately the day we came in John was helping another customer so we had sat down with Andrew to crunch the numbers. Once we were able to come to an agreement with the numbers we mentioned that it would be another 2 weeks before she would have the money for the down payment. Once again they stepped up to the plate and offered her the option of a post dated check. Being that the banks were closed for the holiday she was not able to sign the papers that night, Andrew said he would call her the next day to come in and sign everything. The next day John had noticed that the 2011 Mazda that she had agreed on was still there and he called her to ask if something had gone wrong. She told him that she was waiting on a call from them. He told her to come in and he would get the ball rolling. This made me real nervous since at this time she was going alone. The financial department took wonderful care of her and she drove off happy in her new car. A few days later she received a call from the financial department that there was an issue with her loan. We had gone in and it was explained ot us that the error was on there behalf so in return the gave her a better rate and changed the lenght of the loan. I have never had a dealership do that. Everything was going fine, it wasn't until she noticed a bulge in one of the tires. We had bought the car in and spoke with Kara Kay in the service dept. We explained that there was a bulge and we did not stay. Kara had called us within 15 min and explained the situation that she was going to need a new tire. I couldn't understand this since she only had the car for a month. We went back in and sat with Kara and she explained to us how this had possibly could have happened. Then she showed us the work they had previously done on the car. She even went one step further and called around town to see if we could find the tire at a cheaper rate, but to our surprise the cheapest was right there at Honda. They changed the tire and even fixed the rim for free. Another thing that I had mentioned was a warning light that was on in the car, even when we test drove it. We were told that is covered under the Mazda warantee and they would take it to the Mazda dealership for us. which was really helpful since the Mazda dealership is an hour away. The staff as a whole treated my daughter Ashley with the upmost respect and not oncde did they ever try to take advantage of her inexperience. She was able to purchase her car on her own without any help from a co signer nor with any pressure from Honda. Sort of makes me wish that I had gone there to buy my Mazda before driving all they way to Longwood at Cory Fairbanks where the pressure was put on me. inconsiderate 12/8/2011

My wife, daughter, and I were in Monday night to test drive a van and talk about a trade in. The sales staff was incredibly inconsiderate of their perspective customers. Never have I felt so pressured and uncomfortable at a Honda Dealership. I politely asked Andrew and Dave ( I also believe there was a John involved who we never actually saw or talked to) to give me less than 24 hours to come back and finalize the deal after work the next day when I was told this deal is not good tomorrow. My wife and I have never owned a vehicle that was not a Honda; we love the cars and over the years have come to love working with Honda when it’s time for a trade in. Our bad experience at Headquarter Honda was enough that I will hesitate even bringing my cars back to the service department. I can’t tell you how many time I heard from their mouths “We haven’t made a sale all day.” The sales team should be bit more worried about making a sale to happy customer not rushing to get the final sale in that night. more

These people are CROOKS, what place of business do you know of that records their phone conversations with customers? This place does, because their uneducated no high-school diploma crackheads without GED's Lie to the customers, and they use the Lies they tell potential customers as a guide for new 2 week turnover used car salesmen to SCREW the customer with. Worst Dealership I Ever Dealt With, Buyers Beware 3/18/2011

This is the most dishonest dealership I ever dealt with. I got a price quote from the internet Manager for a 2011 accord. Went to the dealership to purchase the car, and was told that the price I was given was ridiculous and they could not honor my quote. Keep in mind the quote was from THE COMPANIES INTERNET DEPARTMENT. When I asked to speak to the internet Manager i was told that he is not available and that he was not available for the next few weeks. HOW CONVENIENT. These guys are scam artists that lure you in the dealership with a bogus price quote and then jack up the price of the car by thousands. I askes to speak to the Manager of the store and was told that he does not speak to the clients. BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, USES BAIT AND SWICTH TACTICS TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR AND THEN TRIES TO RIP YOU OFF BY ADDING THOUSANDS TO THE PRICE OF THE CAR more

Service Department 8/26/2010

Do not trust the service department. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was told I needed the brakes fixed. They said they fixed the brakes, but when I drove the car I heard a loud clanging. I took the car back, I had a very difficult time to even get someone to talk to me. Finally, they did fix the brakes, but I got several stories as to what the problem was and what happened. I never received an apology. They were very defensive about everything. The ass't service mgr promised to refund my $, but after 2 weeks, I did not receive the promised refund. I called for 4 days several times a day, to no avail- a different excuse every time and no return phone call. Finally, I called Honda corporation. Only after I called the corporate office, I got a call from the dealership, my check was ready. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THEY GET A ZERO FROM ME. more

DISHONEST DEALERSHIP 8/7/2010

Buyers BEWARE! UNETHICAL sales tactics from this dealership! Headquarter Honda gave me a price quote online for a 2010 Odyssey Touring. I went to the dealership ready to buy based on the quote that was e-mailed to me. I provided them with a copy of the quote. They DID NOT honor the quote and started to make excuses on the number that was given to me in writing. The internet sales manager that gave me the quote was ""conveniently"" not available. I spoke to the owner/manager of the dealership and he would not honor the quote either. They just used their online quote to lure me into the dealership just so they can give me their dog and pony show before jacking up the price. I plan on taking this up with Corporate Honda to make them aware of this dealership's sleazy/dishonest/immoral way of doing business. Do not waste your time at this dealership like I did! more
