Review content:
My wife, daughter, and I were in Monday night to test drive a van and talk about a trade in. The sales staff was incredibly inconsiderate of their perspective customers. Never have I felt so pressured and uncomfortable at a Honda Dealership. I politely asked Andrew and Dave ( I also believe there was a John involved who we never actually saw or talked to) to give me less than 24 hours to come back and finalize the deal after work the next day when I was told this deal is not good tomorrow. My wife and I have never owned a vehicle that was not a Honda; we love the cars and over the years have come to love working with Honda when it’s time for a trade in. Our bad experience at Headquarter Honda was enough that I will hesitate even bringing my cars back to the service department. I can’t tell you how many time I heard from their mouths “We haven’t made a sale all day.” The sales team should be bit more worried about making a sale to happy customer not rushing to get the final sale in that night.
