Highly Impressed! 4/14/2013

We rented a bay with a lift to replace the serpentine belt on my VW Passat Wagon. I was highly impressed with everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, they had a lot of parts available, and it felt more like a community than a mechanic's shop. I will definitely use them again and suggest them to everyone I know. Even if you don't know how to do the repair- you can bring the parts in and they'll repair for you at a much cheaper rate than most mechanics around! more

Wow, fast service! 4/4/2013

I brought my car in for service, and in just a few hours Hands On called me telling me my car is ready. The only problem I had with their fast service is that I did not have a chance to finish my coffee. more

Competent and straight answers 3/24/2013

As always, Hands-On Garage guys were not 'salesy'. Told me straight up what my car's issues were, how the price of each repair estimate was determined, and what it would mean for me to not fix each issue at this time. Prices are very reasonable and I believe they have good qualified mechanics. more

Went there expecting to spend $300 plus dollars. Actual fix was $4.98. They could easily have arranged things so that I paid much more. But they did the right thing. ... Good work Orlando! THANKS! more
