They come, get the job done superbly, leave you feeling happy. Excellent staff in the field and in their shop. Don't fuss around with all the others if you want it done right the first time. Drop off and pick up your large area rugs for discounts. Prepay when you drop off those area rugs and get even more discounts on service. Have a filthy car interior? Make an appointment, stop by and they'll steam clean your car interior. Best thing going. more

the only cleaning service I trust. 1/4/2014

I will have our 24 year old Karastan light-colored living room carpet cleaned only by the best in town. Hammond Knoll are true professionals, who arrive as scheduled, arrange all details about the cleaning process, and do a spectacular job. The carpet looked new when first viewed after cleaning. The advice to wait a specific time before replacing furniture is appropriate, and should be heeded. Thank you, Yusef more

There are so many things that I like about Hammond Knoll. I've been using them for more than six years because they've given me high-quality service time and time again. I like that they always make an effort to show up on time. Sometimes when they arrive, I'm not sure exactly what it is that I need to have done and they're very patient about explaining what would work best for my needs. For example, I have pets and they were very thorough about the benefits between a deodorizer or a Teflon coating. Every person from Hammond Knoll is very personable. Overall, they're very reliable, professional, and proficient. I've been very pleased. more

We just had our downstairs carpets cleaned on Monday and we were very pleased with the results. There was a reminder call the business day prior and Scott also called us about 15 minutes out from his arrival. He was thorough and professional with his walk-through, got right to work and the carpets look great. more

Cleaning of handmade rugs 11/14/2013

I've used Hammond Knoll for my carpet cleaning and they're excellent and recently decided to have my numerous (7) handmade rugs of various sizes cleaned. From the first contact to the final delivery, these folks were professional, helpful and their customer service is phenomenal! The employees I spoke with: Michael, Polly, Marta, Tara and Brent all made me feel like my rugs (and the new pads I ordered) were their highest priority. All businesses should look at Hammond Knoll as a model for excellent business practices! more
