I've used Hammond Knoll for my carpet cleaning and they're excellent and recently decided to have my numerous (7) handmade rugs of various sizes cleaned. From the first contact to the final delivery, these folks were professional, helpful and their customer service is phenomenal!
The employees I spoke with: Michael, Polly, Marta, Tara and Brent all made me feel like my rugs (and the new pads I ordered) were their highest priority.
All businesses should look at Hammond Knoll as a model for excellent business practices!
