There are so many things that I like about Hammond Knoll. I've been using them for more than six years because they've given me high-quality service time and time again. I like that they always make an effort to show up on time. Sometimes when they arrive, I'm not sure exactly what it is that I need to have done and they're very patient about explaining what would work best for my needs. For example, I have pets and they were very thorough about the benefits between a deodorizer or a Teflon coating. Every person from Hammond Knoll is very personable. Overall, they're very reliable, professional, and proficient. I've been very pleased.
