We were using a different company but have fully migrated all of our business to Hammond Knoll. They're just fantastic. They're eager to please and the billing is great. They're fabricators and they really care about the end product. They're just a fantastic company. I think they should try to get more business in Seattle. more

Worked very diligently! 5/21/2012

Hammond Knoll has cleaned our carpet and furniture the past several times. This was actually the first time they cleaned our tile, and did some re-grouting. The person that came out from Hammond Knoll came out and gave the bid. He was right on time, and was a nice fellow. We set up a date and time, and the technicians from Hammond Knoll were right on time. They brought in tarps to protect our carpet and flooring. They worked very diligently! They did everything they said they would do, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very satisfied! more

Professional and "can do" attitude. 4/19/2012

Hammond Knoll was very easy to work with and they did a great job. The only thing was that they used a lot of water when they were cleaning our kitchen floors, which damaged our base floors. Nonetheless, they went above and beyond our expectations. They fixed extra things and gave us a lot of suggestions. They were very pleasant and courteous. more

I have dealt with many carpet cleaning businesses before and they are the best. 4/4/2012

My daughter was living in a rental and had a few dogs and I had to have the carpet cleaned. Before I called them, I for sure thought that I had to replace the carpet. I could not believe how well they cleaned the carpet and I was just amazed. more

I have used Hammond Knoll before. I called them last minute and they had someone come out, the same day in a snowstorm, to clean my office carpets. They are a great company and I highly recommend them. more

Recently on two visits, Tim stretched and cleaned rugs in three rooms for us. I really appreciate the excellent job that your company did on my brick patio repair. Karl Meyer is a wonderful craftsman---he really knows how to do the job right. He was also very respectful of my property and left everything immaculate when he was finished. I would highly recommend Karl Meyer. more

My carpet looks great! 10/6/2011

I thought Hammond Knoll did a fantastic job! The man who came out was great! He was a wonderful and very professional man. The floor looks really good. My carpet has a blush on it, which I had forgotten about and honestly hadn't seen in a long time! He brought it out again, and it looks very nice. They are the best, they stay best. 9/7/2011

I have worked with Hammond Knoll for many years--at least 30. They are the only people I go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have also purchased carpet from their partner company. They know our home, they know our product, and they know our issues. I first discovered Hammond Knoll through my husband, who was in Rotary with the owner. Since then, I have used them several times a year. This is the penalty for having white carpets. The servicemen are very competent and professional, and willing to go the extra mile. It's hard to beat superior service and increabily accomodating and nice people. more

Great Job 7/25/2011

We were very happy with the way the carpets turned out! We were a little skeptical as our daughter had a couple of years of pop stains on the carpet. Most of the stains came out all the way and one red stain is barely visible. Thank You Rob - we appreciate your professionalism and great work! more
