Horrible experience: in a nutshell, worked with the internet sales manager for two weeks, was given an out-the-door price for a vehicle, got a call from the general manager (not the internet manager, whom I had been working with) to tell me the vehicle I wanted had arrived but, although I had a bank check and cash to pay for it, I was told ""well, I'm just not going to sell it to you for that"" as he raised his voice, arguing that it was MY misunderstanding, even though I had the stream of e-mails (and so did he, but he had to keep stopping our conversation to try to read through them because he hadn't beforehand) which gave all of the information that I was trying to explain to him. Unbelievable that a manager would speak to a customer that way and not even do anything to try to make amends in any way, shape, or form. more

\r \r \r \r \r Belinda Curtis\r \r \r I am very upset regarding my recent visit to the service department. The lady that checked me in was rude and nasty. I argued with her on the phone non-stop before my car was actually seen. I had an appointment for 9:15 am and when I called after 3 pm they still hadn't even looked at my car. The woman continued to tell me they were behind it happens, well then I should of been given a call and told they were that behind. After a huge argument because I need my car she finally said she would get it in asap. They found out my head was bad in a 2012 van. Ridiculous....then it took over a week and a half to get the part. Finally when I get the call from the same female she tells me I need to call and get my rental. Last time I checked that was her job not mine. She continued to tell me I needed to make all the calls to take care of my car. So annoying that I felt like I was blown off constantly. Now that I FINALLY got my car back its driving rough as sin and they gave it back with the GAS LIGHT ON. Are you serious? I have never been so shocked in all of my life. The gentleman who helped carry my stuff out was sweet and helpful. So to say that I'm a little upset regarding this is an understatement. I would never recommend this shop or dealership to anyone I know in the military, or anyone at the shipyard, or civilian we know. I felt like a number at the DMV....on a bad day!!!! more

Worst Dealership 2/23/2013

Active duty military after spending 3 years over seas came back and excited to buy a new car. The problem is after dealing with Hall Chrysler I never want to go through that experience again. After there blatant disrespect and disregard to customer service I don't think anybody would. Seconds after the purchase of my car I was immediately neglected and disregarded. Questions about my purchased car went unanswered, promises made were broken and had a poor explanation on why they were not fulfilled. After paying for my car it took 4 business days for them to let me see and receive my car. That was just the tip of the iceberg. After receiving my car it was not in "new car" condition. 2 weeks after my purchase I noticed several glaring issues. I brought the car in to the service center for the issues to be examined and taken care of. Service advisor was rude and demeaning. After admitting that there might be a problem but not able to locate the specific problem I was told I had 3 years an more

I don't like writing reviews like this but if I can not talk to Mr. Colbert than I have no choice. I had a very bad experience with the parts department yesterday March 29th 2011. I have been buying parts from Hall for many a year and have never been shown such disrespect. I required a certain part for a customer and was quoted 450.00 for the part. I knew that there had to be some sort of mistake so I questioned the parts man about it. He said that it was the price that Chrysler had set on it and that there was nothing he could do about it. I knew that he had eather looked up the wrong part or someone was trying to make a mercedes payment. I took the time to go there and point out the part that I needed and he yet insisted that 450.00 was the price. I bought the part at Advantage for 33.19 plus tax. I went on chrisler official parts sight and located the part that I needed and the price for the oem part was 90.00 list and 66.25 my cost. Now please tell me where the remaining 383.75 cam more

2002 TOWN AND COUNTRY REPAIR 10/5/2009

I have a 2002 Town and Country . Started having problems with the van 1week ago. They have replaced 3 different parts and non of that was the actual problem. Alley is a very nice rep for Chrysler . They have great customer service , but unhappy with the problem not being fixed . I will be taking car back to them not because I don't have a choice but because they care enough to find the problem without having alot of attitude. more

Bought my Jeep and brought it here for regular maintenance. The sales people were a little too persuasive but in my case I really didn't need a lot of persuading t buy a Jeep. Their maintenance department has always provided me with good customer service and they were very good at giving courtesy calls when the service is complete and my Jeep is ready for pick up. more

We have purchased two cars from the Jeep Hall and have been very happy with their services. Our sales person, Tharrington Battle was top class, not pushy, and very accommodating. We went in there with our research, and knew exactly what we wanted, and he made the process run smoothly. After buying our first Jeep through him, a year later, we went right back to him and Hall without hesitation. Their auto services are also very good, we have never had a problem getting our cars into them when they needed service. more
