Active duty military after spending 3 years over seas came back and excited to buy a new car. The problem is after dealing with Hall Chrysler I never want to go through that experience again. After there blatant disrespect and disregard to customer service I don't think anybody would. Seconds after the purchase of my car I was immediately neglected and disregarded. Questions about my purchased car went unanswered, promises made were broken and had a poor explanation on why they were not fulfilled. After paying for my car it took 4 business days for them to let me see and receive my car. That was just the tip of the iceberg. After receiving my car it was not in "new car" condition. 2 weeks after my purchase I noticed several glaring issues. I brought the car in to the service center for the issues to be examined and taken care of. Service advisor was rude and demeaning.
