I am truly pleased with how my pet looks and smells when he leaves Dr. Bryant's office. Greenbriar Animal Hospital has been my dog's second home for many years! I will never choose another vet, as Dr. Bryant is trustworthy, down-to-earth, and she takes time with her patients and their owners. She is a vet who is truly concerned about the health and well-being of your pet, and this can be witnessed with just one visit. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. more

Love the place! 5/10/2011

Being a loyal patron of Greenbriar Animal Hospital for many decades, this is one hospital where I know that my pets are cared for and receive impeccable service. Dr. Bryant is quite personable, and explains things so that everyone understands that to which she is referring. What's more is that the prices at Greenbriar Animal Hospital are better than PetSmart! Check them out, you won't be disappointed! more

Horrible customer service 4/6/2011

I'll be honest and say they have a vast amount of knowledge about pets, but the customer service and the way they handle their business is horrible. I Was quoted 1 amount one day, but when I returned for the actuall appointment the price jumped about $135!! Ridiculous!! Wont return nor would I recommend. more

Best Veterinarian!!! 2/5/2011

Dr. Bryant has been the owner of Greenbriar Animal Hospital for more than 30 years. She has been my veterinarian since I have lived in Atlanta. I love the way she interacts with the pets that she cares for, her clients, as well as her staff. She is very caring and anyone can see this when they walk into her building. more

Dr. Bryant is the best vet! 9/23/2010

I have always found great service in this business, and I have friends and family who also use them. This hospital has serviced every pet I've ever had, and I have always been treated like I mattered and like my pets mattered as well. My dog recently passed (*and my dog was 16 and cared for my Dr. Bryant), but when I get another one, I will be right back with Dr. Bryant. Once you meet her, you'll see why. She cares, and she has such great prices! more

I have been a client of Greenbriar Animal Hospital for more than thirty years. I have always experienced exceptional service, and especially when it comes to Dr. Bryant. She is a very caring person, and she truly loves what she does and it shows. I will never trust my pets with any other facility. For the comment about pricing, it's funny to think that someone would expect free services. Go ahead and call the competitors, as Dr. Bryant is also and always has been very reasonably priced. Dr. Bryant's longevity in the area, proves her trustworthiness, price competitiveness, and equity in all aspects. more

Beware Upcharges! 4/8/2010

Their policies and charges are extortionate and I will not be returning. I called this animal hospital about feline shots and boarding and was quoted $86-$146 for the shots based on age. The boarding is $15/day and I was asked if they should bath the cat before pickup, so I agreed but being a new customer to this facility; I was not told there was a $40 fee for bathing. They are very deceptive in not posting any fee schedule for customary Dog or Cat services and will freely add on services they see fit without calling the owner. So I was quoted one price then charge over $90+ dollars more upon retrieval of our pet. The doctor would not admit their mistake but instead blamed (me) customer. Pros: N/A Cons: Undisclosed procedures and fees! more
