I'll be honest and say they have a vast amount of knowledge about pets, but the customer service and the way they handle their business is horrible. I Was quoted 1 amount one day, but when I returned for the actuall appointment the price jumped about $135!! Ridiculous!! Wont return nor would I recommend.
