We had a wonderful experience while renting with them. they never harassed us when we were late or made of feel like second class citizens like some places have when you have a financial bump in the road. They were very helpful working with us to make sure that we were able to keep our furniture and were always kind and respectful. Great people to deal with. more

Best rent to own customer service in Mesa or Phoenix 11/4/2008

Best customer service of any rent to own store in PHX area. I have known Manny for over 10 years and he has always given me the best pricing, terms, and payment flexibility available. Never had a ""collection"" call or excessive late fees, never sent anyone to my home to collect money as some stores will do and charge extra for. Highly recommended. In addition this particular store has the best quality furniture I have seen in a rent to own store. Pros: best, personalized customer service more
